This stunning 5-bedroom vacation home is perfect for families of all sizes!

With three adult bedrooms (king size bed in each), one children's bedroom (with two full beds) PLUS a bonus bunk space. Four full bathrooms, with each bedroom getting its own dedicated bathroom.

The house, located in the private Magnolia Dune community, is just a short 5-minute walk away from the beach, less than two miles from Seaside's restaurants and food trucks and is centrally located on 30A!

Amenities include:

- 6-seater golf cart included
- 4 bikes (w/ locks) included
- 6 backpack beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, beach toys/games and beach wagon included
- high-speed wifi internet
- smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room for streaming
- community pool access (located right behind the house)

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to check in. Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations made 14 days or less from check in.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date

We celebrated my daughter's 30th Birthday on 30A. The house was perfect for our group. The beach chairs, umbrella, and golf cart were a nice amenity. Old Florida Fish House, Red Bar, and Pizza from Brozinni's Pizzeria was fantastic! Matt was quick to answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. Great Trip!

I booked this place for my family. It was a perfect stay for us! It's very close to the beach, and it has a pool, which was great for the kids. The host was very responsive as well, and he was very accommodating to our needs! I would stay here again!

Excellent beach house and location!

This was a great house for our fall beach trip! The house is very clean and well- equipped. We liked the layout with the kids bunk and singles on the 3rd floor for our teenagers and the den and kitchen fit everyone nicely. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach.

Second time staying at Matt’s property and it was just a great from two years ago. Location is walking distance to public beach. Easy golf cart ride to Seaside. 17 mins to Rosemary. Beds are very comfortable! Will book again.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed, spacious, and in a great location. The 4 bikes were great for our teens to go off on their own and the golf cart was great for our use.
