We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We will consider your review for improvements. Thought we were doing well together, while exchanging emails prior to your stay. Unfortunately, I did not receive your texts which is very weird as I always try to respond immediately. The whole in the screen & missing screen came from Hurrican Micheal, which we are in process of repairing. We would appreciate knowing what appliances are not functioning properly, as we are here now and all seems well, although if there is something we would like to know? Along with the towels & sheets, they seem bright white and in good shape, but we will take a close look and replenish as needed. Grill seems to work nicely, not sure? In terms of the propane tanks, I apologize for this at we will make positively sure there are 2 full tanks at all time & there is always a refill supplier very close by (if we would have know, we would have covered the cost of a refill). There is a pet friendly beach a mile down 98 & the El Govenor Hotel is just opening & yes, it might get busy but Great people and didn't know you were looking for a secluded place. The hotel offers and will offer a lot to the area in terms of fun & positivity. We have a GREAT cleaning team that goes over and above, while this isn't our primary residence & they communicate wonderfully. It has been a busy season. We do not allow fish cleaning along with tackle set-up in the house, should be done outside to avoid hooks falling on floor & getting lost. We hope your son is doing well.
