Lounge in the hammock in the wrap around couch on the large screened in front porch, take your coffee down to the beach first thing in the morning, stay all day with your beach set up only minutes walk from house. Lay in the swinging bed, in front of the fire pit, in the fenced in backyard, secure boat-I sized parking and large kitchen for cooking your catch! (Note picture of 19 ft boat and truck fitting in back drive way and covered car port), house is one story so no stairs!

Beautiful house about one block from the beach. Lovely decorations, amazing porch to watch the sunsets and more amenities in the kitchen, and really the whole house, than any house we’ve ever stayed in! The host is super responsive as well!

Our favorite place

We love " the pink house". Super clean and well maintained, nice neighborhood, and Nicole is so easy to get in touch with. You go to every year!

Great communication!

Pros: good location. Great communication with property manager. Asked about a grill and one showed up during our stay!! Plenty of living space. Nice kitchen. Cons: 2nd bathroom very impractical, didn’t even use it. Cleaning lady is only spot cleaning, definitely needs to be cleaned better. Only 3 beach towels and 4 bath towels Clean bath towels were folded and put up wet. Uncomfortable beds.

4th on the beach

Our stay was great. Love the fenced in yard and the outdoor porch area. Quite area yet so close to anything we needed in town not to far away. And waking to the beach was so great. Watching fireworks on the beach was a great experience and would recommend everyone do it in there life. The host was so helpful with any questions we had and responded in a timely manner.

Cozy and Close to everything!

Cozy, relaxing, clean, short walk to the beach. They had everything we needed for the stay! Mexico Beach is a great small relaxing town! Close to Panama City and St Joe for “bigger town” experiences.

We absolutely loved our stay! Owner was so attentive to my questions. Home was beautiful and very clean. Great little neighborhood and a quick little walk to the beach. I will DEFINITELY book again!

Spring break trip

We enjoyed the house. It's very close to the beach and had everything we needed for the week. The house manual the owner included was extremely helpful. We were there during a mowing day so it was nice to know that was normal! The outdoor shower was easy to use and very helpful. We spent a lot of time on the front porch couch. The kitchen had lots of space and it was easy to find what we needed to cook meals.

Beach Trip!!

This was the cutest house to stay in and very close to the beach! The host was so sweet and answered quickly if we had any questions. This was perfect for three of us, but we could have definitely added 3 more and it still sleep comfortably. Will definitely book here again!!

Needs attention to “Curb Appeal”

Inside was excellent , all new appliances and totally remodeled kitchen. Can easily accommodate 6 people. This trip was just my wife and I and we appreciated “ No Steps” ( we are both in our 80s) Screen in porch was disappointing did not look like photo.

Highly recommend

We had such a great vacation at this property. We couldn’t have asked for nicer owners who were very communicative and quickly answered any question we asked, including letting us pay for an extra night last minute when the kids decided we weren’t quite ready to go home yet. This property had everything you could need. The kids enjoyed the front screened in porch area and the games provided. We also made great use of the outdoor shower in the backyard everyday we’d come in from the beach. The kids loved the swing by the fire pit in the back. Just enough room, great kitchen and living room area, and best of all a short walk from the beach. You guys have done an amazing job with this rebuild.

Laid back and relaxing

This was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend getaway. Me and my brothers came down late and the house was very easy to access and get into. The house was clean and comfortable. The parking out back was convenient and I liked the fenced in backyard as well it made me feel better about leaving my fishing rods and other items in the truck overnight. The neighborhood was nice and quiet!

Wonderful stay at a cozy beach house

We had a wonderful time staying here for a long weekend visit to Mexico Beach. Location provided easy access to the beach. The evenings were quiet and pleasant. The house was a very nice place to stay. It had plenty of room for a family of 5 with young children. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. There were even beach toys available. The private backyard with a carport and shower were very useful. Kids loved the bunkbed. There is a large kitchen and living room for hanging out at the end of the day. The screened in front porch was great for relaxing in the evening and listening to the ocean. Management was quick to communicate and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Mexico Beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.
