Modern and updated country charmer in town! House is nestled on a large lot on a tree shaded street. The house is only 1.1 miles to market center. Enjoy the quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio or a night cap by twinkling lights. Bedrooms have lots of space to stretch out. There is a bonus / flux room for dining or ake it a game night. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots n pans, bake ware & utensils. Everything you should be need for a quick breakfast before heading out on a tour or shopping.
There is a gas grill for those who want to eat at home vs waiting in line. I think we have thought of everything to make our home one everyone can enjoy!

The house was perfect for our group of 5 women. The location was perfect for spending time in town. It was very quiet for being so close to the action. The street wasn't busy so if you have children, no need to worry regarding traffic safety. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked so there were toiletries that we didn't need to bring. The host is very responsive to questions and/or concerns. I would highly recommend and will use again when in the area.

Cozy, clean home in a quiet, quaint neighborhood close to main street shopping and entertainment. We chose this home for our yearly girls get-together. There were 6 of us, and we were quite comfortable. We especially loved the living room set up as we spent a good deal of time catching up. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with and the ease of the door code pad was appreciated. We would stay there again!

Our construction company sent a crew to assist in the cleanup from the recent flooding in the area. Sheri was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make them feel welcome and valued. They loved the house, the location and the ease of check in. Should we working in the area again, we will definitely reach out to Sheri first.

My friends and I stayed here July 3rd to the 6th and we enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. There were four of us and this home accommodated two more and each with their own beds. This home was perfect for a night in with plenty of space to spread out in the den area and we really enjoyed the little nook with a small table. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and there is a walk in pantry with a toaster oven and slow cooker. This home will stay on my list of homes to rent in the future.

Fun Stay in Fredericksburg

We stayed at this home to celebrate my mothers 80'th birthday. We took her to the elephant preserve, had great bbq and celebrated her. The house was a good size, the bedrooms were nice, the bedding was good, everything we needed was in the house other than food items. Easy check in and out, would stay again.

Weekend Stay

The house is clean and welcoming. It has everything a family needs and more. The environment is very comfortable. The host is very responsive. The area is convenient. You can walk to Downtown if you are a walker. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the neighborhood.

What a great place to stay and relax. It had plenty of places to rest and get ready. We loved the outdoor patio even with the heat. Had a wonderful time together and was central to everything.

Girls wine weekend

We had a wonderful stay for our girls wine weekend. There was a great outdoor seating area, living room and dining room for hang out time. The premises was clean. Host was very responsive. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend stay with family

Stayed with 5 adults, 2 little ones and a dog. Sheri was a wonderful host and always got back to me very quickly with my questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was comfortable and inviting and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thank you Sheri!

Girls’ Weekend

We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg with our group of childhood friends gathering from 3 different states. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Main St. Sheri was available to answer questions and was very responsive.

Girl's Trip

Great house to stay at with a group of your friends! Very close to the Main Street. Our wine bus was able to pick us up from the house directly. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone was able to have their own bed. I would recommend house slippers due to their being quite a bit of stickers but other than that I would recommend!

We love Fredericksburg ....... All the Festivals and Activities that go on throughout the year. Family is very important to us. We enjoy fishing, hiking , kayaking, wine tours, hiking Enchanted Rock, Floating the River and searching for arrow heads and dinosaur tracks. We live in College Station and Fredericksburg is a quick 3 hour drive for us; so we visit as often as possible. If you see a weekend that is not available shoot us a quick message and we will see if its a weekend we reserved for ourselves or if we actually have guest coming. If we are there we might be able to switch our dates to another weekend, but we can't change a guest reservation.

New to the market, extremely clean, stylish and a comfortable home. We limit our guest to 8 because we don't want them to feel crowded. We want everyone to have a bed!
Close to market central (only 1.1 miles) but nestled in a family oriented neighborhood... quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. Are you an early riser and like to take a morning walk or run? Our neighborhood has extremely wide tree shaded streets and make it perfect for walking or running.

Currently only the house is for lease. We will begin work on the Casita next year! So you have the house and the yard to yourself.
