New Listing! Pack your bags and explore the historic town of Fredericksburg. The Wine Capitol of Texas! The Texas Hill Country is home to over 100 wineries and vineyards. Our beautiful town and its German roots has much to offer. Take a drive and explore the wineries or walk around downtown Main Street and enjoy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, wine tasting, and much more!

Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Cross Mountain. Our modernized ranch style home has everything you need for a short trip or long vacation. Our home boasts an open floor plan with large living spaces. The kitchen is clean, spacious, fully stocked, and ready to entertain. Our dining area offers a charming place to have a meal or play card games with family and friends. Enjoy our original wood burning stove located in the dining room. However, wood burning stove is not in use. Unwind on our large deep seated sectional with a movie after a day on the town. Our expansive outdoor area offers a full dining set, Adirondack chairs and hammock for relaxing and conversations. Our 3 bedrooms are fitted with comfortable mattresses and clean, fresh linens. We have a king sized bed in two of the bedrooms and two twin XL beds in the third bedroom. We have a dedicated desk/workspace as well. Each bedroom has a television with Fire TV online streaming services. Our two bathrooms offer modern vanities and full showers. We also offer a two car garage and access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our minimalist design with our added Texas charm is sure to give you a comfortable, clean stay. We cannot wait to host you!

We loved this house! This was our 6th time to visit Fredericksburg and stay at a rental. It is our favorite so far! The couch in the living room was so comfortable to watch movies and read. The kitchen was spacious which was great since we cook a lot on trips like this. The house is very close to Enchanted Rock and country roads for hiking and cycling. The beds were super comfortable too!
