BEAUTIFUL LUXURY CONDO at The Pelican Beach Resort!!!

FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS CONDO AND IT'S GORGEOUS VIEW!!! We fell in love with Destin years ago, and decided to plant some roots here one day. The day has come, and after completely renovating to perfection, we are proud to share our condo with those who love Destin as much as we do! There is king-size bed in the master, with access to the main balcony. A queen-size bed in the lockout suite, with a private balcony, and 2 twins in the middle bedroom. The sleeper sofa is a double and accommodates two people. We just designed 3 BEAUTIFUL new bathrooms to offer the quality of standards we expect of a luxury condo. The master bath features a double-headed shower system with spa-like amenities, and super soaker 19" tubs in the other two bathrooms.. Brand new appliances and furniture compliments the calm and relaxing beach environment. We are located in The Terrace, which is in the same parking lot as our sister building, The Pelican. It is a quick 3-minute walk across the parking lot to the beach, from elevator to boardwalk. Both buildings at the Pelican Beach Resort offer amenities to ALL guests, which includes access to both gyms, pools, etc. Due to very specific guidelines, pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in either building.
The Terrace at Pelican Beach is conveniently located minutes from multiple restaurants, activities and shopping. Come stay with us and experience the beach the way it was meant to be!

Great stay

The stay was wonderful! The room was good for 6 people and close to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. The property owner asnf instructions a couple of days before our stay and we didn't need to communicate with them after that. Would rent again!

We had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed several times in this beautiful condo. It is always very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is always fully furnished. The hosts are always great to rent from with Vrbro.

Weekend mom and son trip

This place was comfortable and fit our party of 8 comfortably. Everything was as described in the listing. It was very easy to stay here. Lots of towels. Comfy beds. Everything needed was supplied or if not stores were close by. Our boys are 16 and found plenty to do into the evening within walking distance. The one thing that we didn’t expect was the amount of traffic…they need more places to cross the street! Besides that, made for a nice getaway. We’d come back.

The property at Pelican Beach Resort and the Terrace was beautiful. The condo we stayed in at the Terrace Building was certainly very clean, beautifully decorated and fully furnished. My family loves staying here for our vacations at the beach!

This was probably the best Vrbo we have ever booked. This property was perfect location. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions I had before the trip. Definitely will stay there again.

Beautiful/Comfortable Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s very spacious and clean. The pool was lovely and not very crowded which was nice for us. Communication with the owners was good. They had all the amenities needed for a wonderful trip.

Family Vacation

This is our second summer in a row staying at this wonderful condo. The condo is beautiful and exactly as seen on the website. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, like a true home away from home. The property owners are easy to contact and were quick to respond when we wanted to add an extra day to our trip. We are already looking at dates for a return trip!

Perfect for Families

We enjoyed our stay! The initial check in was a little annoying due to property high security they wouldn't allow our airport shuttle to take us to the Terrace. Once settled the stay was nothing short of amazing! We didn't need a car as we were able to walk across the street to resturants, the grocery store, the water park and the beach was right behind the property. Other activities such as the harbor boardwalk and crab island adventures we were able to lyft for under $10. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

They provide a bottle of wine and I can't tell you how much that is appreciated after traveling 9 hours to get to Destin. Super Close to the beach, you just have to walk the cosway or you can do the 30 second drive for closer parking. Everything was superb. Kitchen is huge, bedrooms are spacious. They have a very nice shower in the main bedroom. They really care about thier guests.

Amazing

Pictures don't do this condo justice. It was so much more than what we were expecting. Beautiful and very spacious. There were 8 of us staying and it had plenty of space for everyone. Very short walk to the beach and of course the kids love the pool. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The condo is very nice and very well maintained. The owners are very easy to communicate with regarding any concerns or questions. The scenic view is beautiful and peaceful from the balcony/master bedroom and living room sliding door. The shower is over the top in the master bathroom. Condo has been fully renovated and is nicely decorated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent Beach Vacation Condo!

We loved our stay and had a great time! The Condo was beautiful and had a great view of the area with the wrap around balcony. The owners were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. We enjoyed the beach being a nice little walk but not far, and the pool was a great option and much quieter than the other pool closer to the beach. The Condo was in a great location and we were mostly able to walk everywhere or took a quick Uber otherwise. The Boardwalk and Crab Island were our favorite outings. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed! We highly recommend!

Nice condo in a great location

The condo itself is very nice and exactly as pictured; just a short walk from the absolutely gorgeous beach and about a 5-10 minute drive to the boardwalk and harbor side restaurants. We had some trouble with the door code upon arrival but Mark and Chantal helped resolve the issue quickly. Come prepared to supply basic amenities like coffee filters and garbage bags, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. Overall we sincerely enjoyed our stay in Destin!

Perfect Stay

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. My family and I had a wonderful time in Destin this summer. The condo was extremely clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful and check-in was a breeze. Communicating with the owners was never a problem and they even went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed! This is absolutely one to save for the favorites. We will be back next year. Thank you for everything. Destin owes us nothing!

Spring Break trip

Bright, updated, clean and beautifully decorated condo. Everything you need for your stay. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Lots of conveniences within the resort - pools, cafe, tiki bar, two onsite fitness rooms. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Make sure to have the condo Unit number upon check in. Front desk will not provide check in until you can provide. Quick call to owner who fortunately was available and provided. As with all the other resorts and hotels, this is on US 98 and we were there during spring break - very busy time and traffic was heavy, just need to be aware and a little aggressive getting in and out. Crosswalks and lights to help cross streets to walk to restaurants, shopping. Beach was clean and beautiful, busy but our teenage kids were able to play catch, football, frisbee with plenty of room. We’d definitely stay here again!
