Welcome to Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort #407, a spacious 4th-floor condo, located in the heart of Destin, FL, in close proximity to Big Kahuna's waterpark. This 1,400 sq. ft. condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. The standout feature is the private lockout suite, complete with its own kitchenette (microwave, cabinet storage and sink), full bath, and private balcony.

Terrace at Pelican Beach is centrally located in Destin, offering a quieter residential feel while still being close to everything. You’re across the street from Big Kahuna’s, minutes to HarborWalk Village, and surrounded by dining, shopping, and family-friendly attractions, all without sacrificing beach access.
As part of the Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort, guests also receive full access to Pelican Beach Resort amenities via a shared easement, including:
