This beautiful 2nd story 2bedroom 2 bath beach condo, with hardwood
floors throughout and new commercial grade carpet in all bedrooms, consists of a open floor plan, SMART cable TVs in all rooms, , tasteful furniture, a 6-person dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom is in the back of the house with a queen bed and an attached full-size bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a full size tub/shower. The front entrance to the house has a great beach atmosphere with a covered patio (patio on right).
You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of Entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!
We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys (shared), 2 Boogie Boards, Surf Board (shared), Beach Wagon (Shared), 4 Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrellas and 6 Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.
The home is proudly hosted by TREASURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We are a family owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a personal touch to your vacation experience. We have 5 vacation homes that are located next to each other on 45th and 46th street in Newport Beach. I am the Broker and owner of Treasure Property Management and enjoy making a 'home' away from home for all my guests. I like to make sure they are happy, comfortable and safe. All my homes are impeccably clean and I greet every guest upon their arrival to walk them through the home as well as introduce them to the neighborhood. I enjoy seeing my guests smile as they walk through the door.

This home is a Duplex and only 4 houses from the beach. It can be used for a small family or a family reunion. It's nicely decorated, kept clean and Well Maintained. Shows Pride of Ownership. I have proudly managed this home since 2011.
