Nice lake home on a cove that connects to the lake. Very quite, private and relaxing. Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. Youtub Tv, Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney + for tv service on a Roku in great room. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Fishing trip

Great place to stay for a quick fishing trip. Plenty of parking for multiple trucks and boats. Very clean and didn’t need to worry about security for vehicles and boats.

Absolute relaxation! Very clean and beautiful home! Easiest check in ever. We had everything we needed and the dock and nearby boat ramp were nice as well. Very quiet and nice neighborhood and Tracy was very kind and helpful as well.

We enjoyed our trip. The home was as described and communication with the owner was simple. The home was furnished with everything you need for a week or longer. The dock, with light and power, access to Cathead landing and short drive to town was extremely convenient. We will return.

Nice Lake House, Beautiful Lake

A friend and I stayed for a few fishing days. Boat ramp is 5 minutes away and Steve was great to work with. Will be back here again and would recommend to anyone.

Fishing trip

Perfect for a fun fishing trip! House was extremely close to nice boat ramp , with a dock to keep your boat tied up, and not have the hassle of going to the boat landing every day . House was very clean and relaxing . Amazing place for an amazing trip ! 10/10

Excellent place to stay

We had a great time and didn't wanna leave. Was able to spend most of our time on the lake without having to take boats in and out of the water. Everything was as advertised. Quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return.

Excellent base camp for fishing trip or just lazing and relaxing!

The owner provided excellent communication about his property and what we need to bring and what we did not. The property was as described and measured up to our needs. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will likely return in the future.

Weekend at Turtle Cove

This is a wonderful home in a perfect spot on the lake. Steve goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We actually had an issue with our boat while staying and Steve went out of his way to find us help and even offered us an additional night at not cost. You truly could not find a more perfect vacation rental and owner. Will definitely be returning.

Very Nice Property

If you want peace quiet and relaxation this property is for you. Very clean and neat with all supplies you need. The only down fall was no dish washer witch is girls would enjoy especially on vacation. 😁😁

fishing fun at the lake

The house was great! We are older so all the new tech stuff took some getting use to. The property owner was wonderful explaining everything. Looking forward to being lazy on the lake again soon.

Lake Marion Sweet Spot

I was looking for a place on the lake where I could keep my boat on the water and fish. This place was the perfect fit. I was by myself and the boat ramp is extremely close making getting the vehicle and boat easy by myself. Steve was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. The property was clean, incredible WiFi, great TV setup and great HVAC. I would definitely stay here again!

Fishing Tournament

The location offers easy access to multiple boat ramps on Lake Marion. There are restaurants and gas stations close as well. The house was very clean and well kept. High speed internet was a plus as cell service is questionable in the area. There was plenty of parking for our trucks & trailers. Excellent communication from the owner.

Fishing Trip

My husband and I went down for a fishing excursion on Santee Cooper with a local guide. This house was the perfect location! It was very clean and spacious. The owner was VERY response as i had trouble getting to my VRBO communications (user error). He assisted me twice with a quick phone call both times. we would definitely stay again! Thanks Steve for sharing your property with us and you hospitality.

Perfect Lake Getaway

The cutest home with the perfect and most peaceful morning view to sit on the porch or on the dock and drink your morning coffee. The location is private and the most wonderful creek that we paddle boarded through and took our boat through to the large lake entrance right out of the canal we were staying on . We had the best time . Saw so many turtles a few baby alligators , birds, fish etc…And in the evening the Host has so many board games and card games available in home to play with your family . We will be back .

Great place to stay

This was my second time staying in the house. I come to the area several times a year on fishing trips. The house is very clean, and well kept. It smells good when you walk in and I have not found anything that is unsanitary or unclean. Great location and great place to stay. David

Quiet getaway

We wanted to go fishing and this was the perfect spot. Not only were we able to to walk out the back door and go fishing but we were super close to the boat landing and also to other places like ice and bait. It took us a minute to figure out the wifi but the host was very quick with responses via VRBO messeges. Our only regret was not bringing our own boat but Lee Jackson was right around the corner and took us on a chartered trip. We came home with two coolers packed to the rim with the biggest fish I’ve ever caught! We will definitely book again and were very appreciative that everything we could possibly need was available to us during our stay.

Cozy spot on the water

My stay was to accommodate my grandfather and his two brothers for a fishing trip with a local captain. The home was clean and had the amenities for our stay. We were able to make our own meals which is a plus in Eutawville. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade to be found all around the property. The neighbors were very friendly.

Memorial Day Getaway

Took a quick trip up to the lake for memorial day weekend, primarily wanting a dock for the boat. Discovered this little Gem and my only regret was not being able to stay longer. Perfect size, great, quiet location. My whole family LOVED IT!
