On the ground floor, there's a large living room with designer fireplace, a dining room opening onto a large modern kitchen equipped with American fridge, 2 ovens, hob, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Numerous windows open onto a large 45 m² covered terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant stay, as well as onto the swimming pool. There's a large dining table, poolside garden furniture and table soccer. The 8 x 4 m pool is heated. All in a lush, private setting. The garden and pool are maintained weekly.
