Stunning New Construction in Historic Cape Charles 3 1/2 Blocks to the Beach

This stunning new construction home is ready for you and your family! With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths there is room for everyone to stay comfortably. We are located right next to the town park, playground, tennis courts and most importantly ONLY 3 ½ blocks to the beach! Every amenity that Cape Charles has to offer is only a short stroll or Golf Cart ride away! The first floor offers a wide-open floor plan with comfy sectional, 6-person dining table and 4-person granite bar providing enough room for your entire family to spread out and relax! The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, Keurig, glass tiled backsplash and beautiful granite countertops. The cabinets are stocked with all the kitchen essentials you will need during your stay! The backyard has a six-person patio table, gas grill and quaint yard for those beautiful summer day or night cookouts. On the second floor you will find the laundry room and spacious primary suite with king bed and balcony. The primary ensuite has a fully tiled walk-in shower and free-standing soaker tub waiting for you to melt the stress away from everyday life! The third-floor features two large bedrooms and full bath with a large deep soaker tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed! Both guest rooms offer spacious closets and dressers. Each room in the home has a new Smart TV for those late night NetFlix and chill shenanigans. The Bay Front Beaches at Cape Charles have sandy white beaches, clear water and out of this world sunsets! With trails, charter fishing, marinas, winery, distillery, breweries, eateries, bakeries, shopping and more there is something for everyone awaiting you in historic Cape Charles… the Sunset town of Virginia! Ask about our weekly Golf Cart Rental also!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful, as this was our first visit to Cape Charles. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Raffaele was so responsive! Location is excellent and the golf cart option was great! The house has everything needed. We even had a few people over after a small wedding and the kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend!

House is exactly what it shows in the pictures. Great week in Cape Charles. The only thing missing were the kids utensil items that were listed. The water is a bit smelly but I assume that’s everywhere.

Beautiful home just as pictured in a great location. House was stocked with everything you would need including toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Rafaelle was easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend, especially in this price range.

Great stay

Our family had a great stay here this last weekend. Great location, very clean, comfortable and close to the park which our kids loved. Loved having the golf cart so we didn’t have to get in the car basically at all. 10/10 recommend.

Restful and Relaxing Week in Charming Cape Charles

This was our family’s first vacation to friendly Cape Charles. My husband and I were joined by our 2 20-some daughters. We all loved the town, beach, restaurants, shops, and puttering around in a golf cart! The home is in a wonderful, central location near the park (pickleball courts) and in great shape - comfortable beds, very clean with new, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, nice outside sitting areas. The property manager made us feel welcome and communicated perfectly. Deadrise pizza was delicious for takeout one evening. Yoga class was challenging. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Stay!

Enjoyable week stay at this beautiful home! Especially liked having the large griddle for pancakes and grilled cheeses! Recommend renting the owners golf cart for easy beach/shopping/dining! My 9 month old grandson LOVED the golf cart rides! Great beach for kids! Supper shallow with afternoon pools & sandbars. Great critter finds on beach.

Love Cape Charles

House was perfect for our family. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen and dining area was great for our family meals. We also enjoyed the back deck and grilling. Bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. Very tastefully decorated. Great location. The kids loved being right across from the park. Beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away. This was a great house in an amazing beach town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Family of 5 adults stayed in this property while vacationing in Cape Charles. This house exceeded our expectations!!! The listing doesn't give it justice. Spacious and modernized while stocked with everything you need in the kitchen / bathrooms. Host was great to work with answering all our questions in a timely manner before we rented and provided detailed instructions for arrival / departure. Nice having golf cart with house and not having to worry about renting elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Charles!!!

Perfect for family vacation

Our family of five had a great time the week of the fourth. The location was convenient to everything, the neighbors were friendly, and we appreciated the owners communication. The kitchen was well stocked, and the open floor plan made it easy for our family to hang out. We already booked our visit for next year!
