Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom golf villas at River Oaks are perfect for larger groups. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with one king bed in the master bedroom and four twin beds in the additional rooms. The open-plan design features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, spacious living and dining areas, and multiple cable-equipped TVs for entertainment. Relax on your private patio or balcony with beautiful views of the golf course and grounds. Please note that while the layout is the same, the decor may vary as these are individually owned condos.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
