Designed for comfort, the unit features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and essential cookware. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, two Twin beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. • Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• No pets allowed and no smoking inside the condo (a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply for smoking).
• Public beach access is nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
