This cosy bungalow has been lovingly renovated by the owners with maximum comfort and style in mind. The property itself is one of only 3 in the complex and it is tucked away at the rear. There is a private front gate which will lead you into a tropical private courtyard with own front door entrance. As soon as you walk through the door (there are a couple of steps) you are greeted by an open plan dining and living area with beautiful polished concrete floors, cosy leather couch and dining table. There is reverse cycle A/C as well as a radiator for the cooler winter months. There is also a smart TV in the lounge area. The kitchen has all the mod cons and breakfast bar is also in this area. The huge tropical private garden can be accessed from the lounge area.

The two spacious bedrooms are side by side with funky barn doors and ceiling fans. All linen and towels including beach towels are provided. The fully renovated bathroom and laundry area are located beside the bedrooms. The rear door leads you to an outdoor shower surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. The shower can also be accessed via the front courtyard if you are salty and sandy after a day on the beach.

Ground level apart from a couple of steps to the front doorAs our guest you have access to the entire property and garden. Please note the garage is not for guest use but there is plenty of free on street parking available.NB - please note, whilst this is a ground floor property there are a couple of steps leading up to the front door.

Our gardener Andrew may attend to the gardens depending on your booking dates. He won't need to access the house and won't be in your way.
