Townhouse Haven - Modern, Spa, close to Nelson Central! Pets welcome.

Sorry the spa is unavailable due to guest damage.
Great modern sunny townhouse with extra comforts including a covered spa in an extremely private decked area. Our master bedroom has a Californian king size electric bed and lovely outlook to the private deck. Our second bedroom has a queen bed which is extremely comfortable plus smart tv and is nice and sunny. The open plan living area has leather lazyboy chairs, unlimited WIFI, heat pump plus loads more. 85" TV screen, Netflix, Prime and more options available. Our City Haven is centrally located and walking distance to Nelson City or a few minute's drive to supermarkets, cafes, shopping and a 10 minute drive to the extremely popular Tahunanui Beach. The Airport is just 10 minutes away. Situated on a rear peaceful section City Haven is a hidden gem. There are 2 lockable security doors and gates - great for pets staying. Please include your pets in your original booking for insurance purposes. There is room for 3 vehicles off street parking or room for a small boat. There is a great pet walking field just around the corner too. Also so close to other beach options, walking tracks, cycleways, restaurants along with stunning scenery and endless activities to do - Excellent location to base your Nelson stay from. Dog friendly, fully fenced with high fencing plus comfortable outdoor kennel/run if needed. Sunny deck with umbrella options to enjoy alfresco dining & also a BBQ. Outdoor beer fridge on deck, bar leaner plus dining table & comfortable outdoor furniture. Well-appointed kitchen with new convection cook top, oven, range, dishwasher, ice making fridge/freezer, waste master, blender, soda stream maker, yoghurt maker plus more.
Cleaning requirements - please leave City Haven as you found it. We will send an information sheet prior to your arrival. At times a full cleaning service can be offered - please ask for a quote if this service is required. City Haven is a not a serviced townhouse.

The home was lovely & the MASSIVE tv gave us awesome movie nights each night which we really enjoyed! Definitely a pet friendly house, (which didn’t impact us as we didn’t have any pets) unfortunately there were a few tuffs of dog hair found around the home. There was also quite a bad roof leak in the kitchen so when it rained the kitchen floor was soaked, we did our best to clean it up but it was consistent with the rain. The spa was lovely & the outdoor area was awesome to hangout in when sunny! Location was incredible & only a 20min walk to the supermarket. Thanks for having us!

Was absolutely perfect and so snuggly. Jorge our Burmese kitten and our schnauzer Roxie joined us and were very safe. Driveway had a camper van parked in it which was a bit niggly for our Dodge Ram with the narrow driveway which made getting in and out of the car rather difficult. Many inside plants which we had to protect from curious Jorge but were all in tact on our departure. Lovely place and very accommodating with a late checkout. Highly recommended, a home away from home

Perfect 2 day break

We we're super impressed with the property. Excellent central location, really comfy bed and all the amenities you need. There was a crate bed for our dog, and although we left the door open, he was happy to sleep in there. I haven't been to Nelson for 20 years but will definitely be back. Walking Luka on the beach was a highlight as there were heaps of other dogs to play with. Awesome weekend. Thank you Shona and Ross.

Had everything you could think of and more. Very high specs and all easy to use and access. The TV and netflix in another world. Loved it. So handy to everywhere. So lovely to be able to take our old dog - she loved the walks too. Master bed amazing...... Thank you.

As advertised

All was well. It was just as advertised. Coming from America using the laundry and kitchen appliances were a bit challenging. The New Zealand appliances are different than what we are used. Not sure how to remedy that. But think we mostly figured them out.
