Our entire new 2 story home, near plenty of restaurants, public transportation, close access to the freeway. A 15-20 minute drive to several major canyons, right near TopGolf, the Jordan River Parkway, and Gardner Village. Enjoy the 65-inch tv in the living room, a 55-inch tv in the master bedroom and King Dream Cloud bed in the master. Two car garage, and very fast wifi connection. Feel free to use me as a resource to answer questions or provide you with what you need during your stay!

Cleaning crew, pet policies, and security cameras should be improved/adjusted.
When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dishes, the master bath had dirty towels stacked behind the door, and the coffee maker still had a full load of used coffee grounds.
Note that pets cannot be on furniture nor can they be left alone. This is not "pet friendly" and was not disclosed in listing. How do you ski, go to store, or go out for dinner if you have to take pets? Note it says its "easy to track" .
Property has 2 surveillance cameras that were not disclosed (a clear violation of VRBO policy). This one was hidden above the garage door opener and can see in house when door is open. This is how they can tell if you smoke or have extra guests.

This condo was in a great location. The rooms were set up nicely and the 3rd bathroom (half bath) downstairs was really convenient. The kitchen was a little small, but was just as shown in the listing. It was great for just 2, but would maybe be a tiny bit cramped for many more. Even for the size, it was set up really well. The living area was nice and the furniture was comfortable. Having access to the garage was terrific! It really helped ease any worry of leaving some things in the car if we wished. We had a wonderful stay there.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, everything was clean and having a garage was a bonus. The host was quickly responsive. The location is idea, very convenient to many areas.

Loved the decor of this rental. The location was good for us because we were attending a wedding at THE EVENT CENTER. The amount of silverware was a little sparse, only 4 ceramic plates & no salad size. Overall it was a quiet, comfortable, pleasant place to stay.

Weekend in Utah

We booked the townhouse in Midvale due to the Salt Lake City Marathon. We were in town to visit our daughter in Taylorsville.The townhouse was 15 minutes from her home and 15-30 minutes from everything else we had planned. The property was clean and the perfect size for our family.Jared was responsive when we reached out-often responding in minutes.

My favorite place in Utah so far!

Everything was great! Loved the garage space! Loved the beds and bedroom space. The only downside was...after we all finished taking showers for the next 45 minutes or so the water heater made loud banging noises like there was a party going on next door. We all got a good laugh when we figured out what it was.

We are an older couple that came to Salt Lake to have a Christmas gathering with our family. Since the unit was a town house we didn’t consider stairs being involved to get to the bed rooms. The other issue was there was no network TV, only internet if you had streaming codes. The other small issue to us was a lack of matching dinner ware. No a big deal but it showed a lack of caring by the owner.The townhouse was nicely furnished and comfortable. The owner was also responsive when ever we had a question.

The VRBO that had to be cleaned

My husband & I thankfully arrived 4 days before our 2 teenage granddaughters arrived.The whole kitchen required a cleaning!Dishes were put away dirty.Frying pans had grease & food residue left on.The fridge had hair, food, & grime left behind.The cabinets were a disordered array of odd items.Only 6 plates, 5 bowls, 5mugs. Silverware was all dirty.Knives as well.No scissors.Carpet had crumbs & filth left as the vacuum in the garage was not working properly. A vacuum was delivered per our request from Amazon.Linens & towels left in the dryer. Hot water heater made very loud noises whenever hot water was used. Bowls & empty water bottles were left under the sofa, along with dust bunnies & filth. Jared Snow offered to have his cleaning crew come back & clean, if possible, but my husband & I had no where to go & had family coming over that night for a meal. We had to get a few things cleaned up quickly & after our family left we cleaned the kitchen so we could feel comfortable & healthy to use it!Why would I want his cleaners to come back when they didn’t clean it properly to begin with.To be honest this place is a “ski bums” or college age flop house.The fence by the front door was broken down.When we asked Jared Snow for a free nights stay for all our trouble, he responded that this hasn’t really solved the problem for him in the past.It would have been considerate of him to do this for us. We had to spend so much time sanitizing his place.Dont bring a family here! It’s gross!

Great location

Great location and garage was a plus. Clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Only negative was coffee maker was not working and the main floor was a lot cooler than the upstairs. I would stay again

Great for a quick getaway

We stayed for a craft conference in Sandy- easy access to convention center. Lots of restaurants, fast food and coffee within a mile. So nice to have a garage to park in!

I need to pick up a few things.

We enjoyed our stay. It was short on few things, not enough forks, cookie sheet would be helpful. Mixing bowel, and no salad plates. Thank for sharing your home.

Excellent All-Around Stay

Best communication I’ve had with a host at any short-term stay. Prompt, helpful responses. No bogus check-out procedures, etc. Just solid all around! The property is in a central location, perfect for darting over to hiking, Provo for a game or back to the airport. The townhome was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. Perfect size for a group of 4 but definitely doable for 6, especially those with kids. The garage was a plus, too! Would definitely book again.

Nice townhouse in a great location

Our family of 5 stayed here in June and July 2024 for a total of 10 nights. It worked well for us. The location was perfect since we spent time in Salt Lake, Lehi, Provo, and Brigham City. We arrived late the first night, but check-in was a breeze. We did have a few issues at first, but the host, Jared, was very quick to respond and took care of all our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring ski trip

Great location for skiing with access to grocery store and restaurants. Very nice area of town. Very responsive host. Responded quickly to questions. Three bedrooms .

Great Location for Skiing

Easy drive from SLC airport - lots of nearby shops, restaurants, groceries. Great access to all ski areas if you don't mind a short drive (property has private garage parking). Only note, if you stay with a large group, there aren't a lot of dishes (plates, bowls, glasses, etc). We would stay here again.
