The host was very nice and friendly and helpful in our back and forth messages. The property was super cool and comfortable. The rooftop patio has a great view of the city and a fun fire pit area.

Great place for my family to set up camp as we did a couple days in Salt Lake. Place was easy to find and host gave easy instructions to access through door codes. Little play area downstairs for kids of all ages. My teenage boys spent most of their time there when we were not out doing activities.

The house is so cute! Lots of room & so clean. Everything we needed. Loved the location, parking & ease of getting around. The coffee bar is so nice & we loved having our coffee on the rooftop. Definitely recommend this place

Great place to chill out after sightseeing all the natural wonders of Utah. Nothing can beat the rooftop. The townhome itself is furnished tastefully with some artsy decor.

AMAZING!

Ryan and Courtney were VERY flexible, understanding, and communicative throughout the whole process! The house EASILY accommodated our entire family and was bigger than the pictures showed. They had everything and more for our whole stay. Will absolutely be staying here again whenever we come back to UT.

Beautiful condo in West Valley City

We stayed here for the last couple nights of our two week trip to Utah. The condo was great and we were able to visit a lot of sights around Salt Lake City. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great stay, highly recommend

We were in SLC for our son’s college graduation. Ryan was very communicative, his place was just as described. Very welcoming, great hospitality, accommodations were very clean and well equipped. The roof top has beautiful views of the mountains, we enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise and evening family chats up there. We had a great stay, highly recommend!

Great location for exploring Salt Lake City area!

This was a perfect location with amazing rooftop views. There is so much to do in the surrounding area to experience the beauty of Utah. The townhome was well appointed and had all of the comforts of home! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

West valley

We stayed for 4 nights at the property and the house had everything that you needed and the host was very kind and timely with check in/ out information. Responded quickly with messages as well. House was greatly separated if you have sleepers who like to get up early or like to sleep in. Home smelled nice and fresh and bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were very put together and clean upon arrival.

Stay in West Valley City for Concert

We had more then plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out it, and we absolutely loved the roof top area. Plus the bonus of having our own garage was great. The main living area was very relaxing to hang out in. The host provided great detail on finding and accessing the location. We also found that we had access to all the amenities we would need for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Ryan!

Great House

I was thoroughly impressed with this house. Great location, 15 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from airport. House was very clean and had all essentials. Host was great and very responsive to questions. The house does have a lot of stairs because it’s a multiple level style home. If my mother in law had come, it would have been hard on her knees. It was great for us, so no complaints here. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a family

Well-appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, great kitchen, fabulous coffee bar. Lots of stairs, low number of towels, not much soap. Overall, though, a great place to stay

Beautiful!

Never staying on resort again in Utah. 40 mins away from all the big ski resorts and the wives were super happy. Walking distance from restaurants and markets. Asian markets and Shabu Shabu hot pots. It was great. Saved a fortune too. Thank you Ryan for the great memories and the happy wives.
