Welcome to Lodges 1156, a 3-bedroom plus loft, 4.5-bathroom Mammoth Lakes townhome that sleeps 9. Known for its year-round breathtaking beauty and long snow season, Mammoth Lakes offers outdoor family-friendly adventure at every turn. Guests of this 3-story townhome will love sipping morning cups of coffee while taking in the panoramic view of the Sherwin Mountain range and unwinding in the community hot tub after an active day on the trails.

Enjoy relaxing nights watching TV or splitting a bottle of wine with friends and family as the wood-burning fireplace warms the space. Beyond the dining area, French doors lead to the back deck with an alfresco table for 3, and stunning views of the evergreen-dotted mountains.

Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the Summer and 2 garage parking spots in the Winter makes it easy to commute no matter the season. Guests who prefer not to drive can take advantage of the shuttle service, a few steps from the front door. The Village Gondola Station is a 6-minute drive and the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is 11 minutes away.

A beautiful convenient family home.

The home is a very attractive wood paneled home that is large, comfortable and well laid out for family and friends. It is modern, in a convenient location, and seems well maintained. However, a few kitchen implements and conveniences were lacking. It has a partial mountain view, though it's not in a private location. Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable for all of us.

Great house in great location

This was a really beautiful home in a great location. It had a great jacuzzi, close to bike paths and activities. The host was really nice and easy. I would totally stay here again.

We loved our stay and would recommend to all our family and friends. House was clean, host was very responsive and the check in/out was extremely easy. The humidifiers in each room were an added bonus that we did not expect, but we all used.

Great weekend get away

This is a beautiful unit with all the amenities you might need. Plenty of space for everyone and a bathroom for each room which was a big plus for everyone that went. Would definitely like to stay again!

Welcoming Home

Property is very welcoming and comfortable. Has well stocked kitchen to make family meals. Over the years we've stayed at a lot of places in Mammoth and this one by far is the best.

Great Location

Property is spacious and well appointed. Convenient to town and the slopes. More than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Extra roll away beds were a great added bonus.

The best mammoth retreat

My family and I had an incredible time. The house was exactly like the photos. It was warm and welcoming and felt like home. Perfect location. This was my first vrbo and I can’t wait to book with this rental again next year.

Snow Creek Mammoth

Mandi was amazing great communicator. The place was fabulous. It has everything super clean. We would definitely stay there again. We had eight adults. Stay there. Everybody had their own bathroom. It was fabulous. Can’t say enough about the place. It’s a definite in my books for sure we’ll be coming back again

A great choice for a big family ski/snowboard trip!

This was the nicest of many condos we have rented at Mammoth Lakes over many years of visiting this area. We liked everything about this place including the following: Very clean! Spacious garage for parking two cars and storing skis and snowboards Large tiled area on the lower level entrance from the garage into the condo for hanging coats and storing wet boots Comfortable furniture in good condition Large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and lots of supplies Very nice layout with large living room, huge TV, and dining table for seating 8-10 people Bathrooms for each bedroom and the loft plus a ½ bath near the kitchen Comfy beds Master bedroom & bath were huge with a very large closet and a big soaking tub good for bathing young children. Safe & attractive neighborhood great for strolling with young children We would love to stay here again next winter! Tip: Use Google maps to find this property. Apple Maps didn’t work for us.

Fantastic!

I loved staying at this property. I was leading a group of meditators in a meditation weekend and the host was so helpful all weekend long with any questions, issues. There were a couple issues with the toilets but the host jumped in the solutions immediately and was so responsive, I truly felt so taken care of. Im a long time mammoth visitor, but I’ve had a family place to stay all my life and this trip needed something different and I felt so at home, so cozy in this place. Beds were so comfortable, spacious. Really can’t wait to stay there again!

AMAZING Mountain Home

We were so impressed upon entering the home. It was so equipped with EVERYTHING for a beautiful vacation. The VIEW was stunning. The kitchen was set up with everything you could need for gourmet cooking. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and it was great for our group. Look no further for your perfect spot !!

We had a great stay in Mammoth. The house was very comfortable with top of the line linens and cookware. The property manager was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back.
