The Space:

Enjoy your much needed rest in the heart of Hiroshima. Its a 1 Bedroom Unit with Balcony located in a quiet neighborhood. It can accommodate up to 6 guest. It is perfect for couples, family or friends. "Experience a Comfortable Home unit, Modern interior, Cozy vibe.



This unit is located on the 8th floor of the building. Access to the entire unit. No sharing with other guests.

Living Area: 1x Double-sized sofa bed (Sleeps 2 people)

2nd floor Bedroom: 2x Double Size Bed (Sleeps 4 people)

A total of 6 Adults can comfortably stay

Guest Access:

The room is a completely private space where you can relax and feel at home.

Please note: Cleaning service is not provided during your stay. For longer stays, we kindly ask you to reuse towels by washing them with the in-room washing machine.



The Neighborhood:

In a quiet neighborhood, it is accessible to convenient stores, restaurants, and nearby supermarkets. 5-minute walk to streetcar and about 7 minutes walk to Peace Park.



Getting Around:

・From Hiroshima Station via City Tram

Exit from the South Exit of Hiroshima Station and take tram Line 1 (Hiroshima Port). Get off at Chuden-mae station.

The destination is a 5-minute walk from there.



・From Hiroshima Airport

Take the limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit, which takes approximately 50 minutes.

Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, follow the tram instructions above to reach your destination.



Other Things to Note:

This property has no front desk.

All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID.



Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest.



No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

No pets allowed.



No Cleaning During Your Stay:

For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed.



Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law):

All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.



CCTV/Security Camera:

For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.



Luggage Drop Off:

You may drop off your luggage before check-in if needed (self-service only), but we cannot store luggage after check-out.
