The property has ample on-street parking and is steps from the head of the Hoosic River Nature Trail. Property is a two-story attached duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood. Responsive owner hosts live next door.
Downstairs is an airy living room with ceiling fan and wood floors. Walk through to a spacious remodeled eat-in kitchen with all new cabinets and appliances. In the rear is a bedroom with queen bed that has access to a cedar storage/sun room. Full bath on ground floor. There is one queen bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bathrooom.
