Situated in peaceful St Kilda, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches the popular "Dinosaur Park", and is not too far from cafe's supermarkets and eateries
The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.
Parking is available in a lot just outside the unit. The internal apartment is split across two levels, with entry / kitchen / living downstairs and bedrooms / bathrooms on the upper floor.
Walk into the kitchen area to find a breakfast bar and dining/living space beyond. There are two external doors that lead out to a small yard area.
Up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is set up with a king bed and internal storage and features and ensuite with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 also has built in storage and has flexible options for bed set up.
Our large flat screen TV is set up with stream capabilities and the kitchen is fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.
A heat pump heats the living area downstairs, with an additional heater available in each bedroom.
A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.
Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 50m from the property).
