Beachwalk, which is in the heart of North Naples, is just a short stroll to Vanderbilt Beach. Beachwalk, a low density community with winding roads and lush tropical foliage, features a Club House, six Har Tru lighted tennis courts; two(2)community swimming pools; hot spa; bocce court; secure walking gate to Vanderbilt Beach; 24/7/365 manned gatehouse; and scheduled activities in the clubhouse. Not only is it steps away from Vanderbilt Beach, but also it is walking distance to The Mercato; Pavilion Shopping Center; movie theaters; Publix; and several local restaurants.
Within Beachwalk, the condo has an outstanding lake view. This impressive unit is one of the most sought-after locations within the community and has easy access to a private beach gate and steps away from one of the two community pools. It has been beautifully renovated and updated with great attention to every detail! The residence boasts generously sized rooms, a wonderful split floor plan, a bedroom and full bath on opposite sides, an abundance of windows, and volume ceilings. All main living areas and master suite have wonderful lake views with the water feature, which is lit at night. It also features newer wood cabinets throughout, over-sized walk-in shower in master bath, large tile on the diagonal though out main areas, white oak floors in bedrooms, electric shutters on the lanai, new AC in 2017 and 52" TV with surround sound in main living area. Large sliders open allowing tropical like breeze from the screened lanai to the living and dining area. There is an attached car port with additional storage unit.
The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo comes fully equipped, even with a full size washer and dryer. All you need is your personal luggage.
We use a professional cleaning service to help our guests stay safe and healthy along with some sparkle! An enhanced clean process is performed which includes a Ten Point high touch surface disinfecting of doorknobs, handles, light switches, remote controls, appliance and cabinets.
There is a strict no pets, no RVs, motorcycles, or trucks policy permitted on the property. Please note that the condo is subject to the completion of a Beachwalk rental agreement, a Beachwalk Home Owners Association (BHOA) application and a BHOA approval . BHOA application approval requires 20 days and no rental is finalized until received.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Location, Location, Location. The community still has the feel of upscale old Florida charm where the residents are friendly. Everyone has a smile and waves. The condo is walkable or biking distance to everything, including Vanderbilt beach, shopping, restaurants, bike shops, cafes, movie theaters, excellent golf, and of course nature. It even has state park, Delnor-Wiggins, only about 1 mile away. Really the best location in town. All this can be experience in this piece of paradise

If you do feel the need to be active, there are so many sports and physical activities that you can enjoy in Naples, Florida. Although golf may be the first choice for some, there are many other fun and exciting activities both on land and in sea. The city was voted as the happiest and healthiest city in the United States for two consecutive years just recently. And one of the major factors is the fact that people are more social, more outgoing and more engaged in physical activities such as sports.
