Escapada aislada de Gore Mountain con paneles de pino

Este es un refugio de vacaciones familiares perfecto en 15 acres boscosos aislados en el Parque Adirondack. Nuestro confortable chalet completamente amueblado con paneles de pino cuenta con una estufa de leña y una gran terraza con parrilla de carbón. Se ha agregado un porche con mosquitero para cenar y relajarse en verano. Se ha agregado una nueva área de estacionamiento de invierno en la parte superior del camino de entrada para proporcionar un fácil acceso a la carretera en climas nevados.
Disfrute de esquí, senderismo, paseos en bote, natación, pesca, golf y tenis cercanos, junto con excursiones de un día a Lake George, Lake Placid y otros sitios turísticos. Ahora hay un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 42 "para transmitir programas desde su computadora. También hay una colección de películas, WII, Xbox 360 e impresora para su conveniencia. Llueva o nieve, estará cómodo. Hay cañas de pescar para los niños. Pueden pescar en el muelle del lago George.(Excelente bajo allí). Hay paquetes de día para llevar a los niños a caminar. Empaca un almuerzo y listo. También hay un generador en caso de un corte de energía.

Nice cabin

Cabin is larger than it appears, easily fit my family and dogs. Nestled in the woods but close to major roads. Very close to Gore Mt. Owners are very quick to respond to any questions. Enjoyed our stay

Last minute booking

The house is lovely knotty pine throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Many of our bakery and breakfast items were invaded by ants and thus inedible; even when food was placed in the microwave.The online write up said there would be fans for the bedroom windows. The was only 1 fan for 4 bedrooms. Luckily we were able to borrow 2 from a cousin: it was very hot .When I arrived on Wednesday afternoon my bedroom heaters were on and I didn't know how to turn off. Thank goodness my son in law turned off the next day. I texted the number I had for owner. No response.All in all we were so happy to have found this last minute rental as our original reservation with Inn at Gore Mountain was abruptly cancelled,with no explanation or warning.The downstairs pool table was enjoyed by the men and the children enjoyed the impressive number of movies.I would stay here again and I can imagine it is a wonderful winter ski getaway.

Gore Mtn Ski Trip

Lovely Adirondack cabin the was well stocked and very cozy. Just a short drive to Gore and several restaurants. We had 6 people in 4 bedrooms but there were futons available to easily sleep 10. Great place.

Fun winter getaway

This cabin/home is very conveniently located for skiing at Gore and exploring this part of the Adirondacks! We also appreciated the extras for the downtime, like the pool table and selection of movies and games. Thanks for a great stay!

Private cabin in woods

Loved the privacy in the woods with area for our dog to walk. Used as base camp for driving to historic sites during the day. Within range of several small towns with restaurants.

Beautiful Chalet in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay here, It exceeded our expectations. The chalet was very beautiful inside and had really nice furnishings. I plan on returning in the winter for a ski trip to Gore Mtn. I highly recommend this place even though I would like to have it all to my self!

Great property, conveniently located

Once again we had a great time at the property. Located 10 minutes from Gore mountain skiing. There are also plenty of hiking & cross country ski trails nearby. The house had everything we needed and I enjoyed the privacy of the acreage surrounding the house. We will return next year.

Cozy and comfortable

Great base for skiing at Gore. Cozy and comfortable, convenient layout. Plenty of sleeping quarters and privacy but also great open main room for gathering and having fun. Nice property for exploring the woods. Beautiful natural light in the main room. Would definitely go back.

What a great house in the woods!

Plenty of room for the adults and the teens to hang out. Teens had a great time with their own space downstairs. Huge table for us all to eat and play games at. Beautiful secluded setting but only 10 min to Gore and town. Loved the wood stove after a day of skiing and hiking. The furnishings are Adirondack, curl up and have a hot toddy cozy. We will definitly stay there again!

Memorial Day weekend stay

We have been coming here for about five years and love it every year. Location is perfect. Short drive to Lake George, Beck's Tavern and Yurts. Very private. Could use some updating for sure. Especially the side door (no screen) and the front sliding door (broken screen). Plenty of room, and we just have a blast.

Property was clean an beautiful! We had only had a problem where it said it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was no beach. Also some of the TV’s downstairs didn’t work. Also beware of the massive pile of poop in the yard. Other than that a very nice spot to be at

"HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS "

We spent Christmas at the Chalet with my 5 grown kids. 2020 was gladly closed while enjoying the cozy cabin. Skiing, hiking and big meals all week long! Gore and the Ski Bowl are a must during the winter. It was just as expected as reviewed and was made even more special with a small Christmas tree and lights set up by the girls. Great value. Kids got a chance to reconnect before going back to college or their own apartments. Hardly saw a cell phone during the entire stay. ...the dog loved it too.
