The property is served by a private well with a limited recovery rate. To ensure a continuous water supply for normal household use, guests are not permitted to use exterior water for recreational or non-essential purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Running hoses
* Sprinklers
* Water toys, slip-and-slides, or inflatable pools
* Vehicle, boat, or equipment washing
