No doubt you will enjoy the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas with Freeview TV, WiFi, Telescope and wrap around balconies, alfresco dining area with BBQ, decadent master suite and every home comfort. This home is ideal for visiting families or couples looking for space and comfort.

Tahunanui Beach and shopping village, cafes and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The Nelson-Richmond cycle-way, a number of beaches, some of the regions best eateries, health and beauty stores are all at your doorstep. Downtown Nelson or Richmond are less than 10 minutes drive and The Abel Tasman National Park is less than an hour away.

**Special conditions & notes**:

>Absolutely No party or venue use. No Smoking inside. Pets are not permitted.

>Access - Access is via a steep but safe & easy to drive private lane-way. The transition from this lane way to the parking deck is not suitable for low-clearance vehicles & it may be necessary to take care to angle some vehicles when crossing the ramp to the parking deck.

>Parking - There is off-street parking for up to 3 regular cars at the property. There is no nearby street parking & neighbouring properties must not be used for parking or turning.

>Boat parking, trailer & camper-van parking are not permitted at this property. Please seek a commercial boat storage option if needed.

>Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

>Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking/driveway and main entrance area along with the back garden entrance area.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
