Black Vista sits on at the foot of the beautiful hills of Stoke and is a Nelson summer holiday dream location! Capturing all day sun, Black Vista is a great family property.
There are 3 Queen size bedrooms along with a twin room (can be changed to a King on request).
Black Vista offers Netflix/Neon/Prime/TVNZ+/Three and Sky Basic for your viewing enjoyment!
Sit back and relax, with drink in hand overlooking the spectacular views while the sausages sizzle, the steaks smoke and the scallops steam on the sensational double-hooded BBQ.
**Special conditions & notes**:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
You will have access to the whole property but garage area access may not be available - please request this if needed.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
