The heart of the property is the spacious kitchen, complete with a butler's pantry and everything needed to prepare meals with ease, including an oven, gas and electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Whether you're enjoying breakfast before a day on the water or gathering for dinner with loved ones, the home has been thoughtfully equipped for effortless entertaining.
Step outside and embrace the relaxed waterfront lifestyle. Take a dip in the resort style swimming pool, unwind in the sunroom overlooking the water, or enjoy the fully fenced backyard with your furry friend by your side. Points of Interest Toukley Golf Club and Toukley Aquatic Centre are both within walking distance, while Coles and Aldi are just a short drive away for everyday essentials. Explore nearby attractions including Tuggerah Lake, Norah Head Lighthouse, Soldiers Beach, and Wyrrabalong National Park, all within approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car. The Entrance is approximately 9 kilometres away, offering waterfront dining, markets, family attractions, and one of the Central Coast's most popular seaside destinations.

This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay.
Private pools are professionally maintained only from the September to Easter school holidays. Outside this period, use is at guests’ risk, with minimal maintenance; leaves or debris may accumulate, and light upkeep may be needed. Sunscreen or tanning products can affect water quality, and neither the owner nor AirKeeper is liable.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund. After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.
All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.
A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.
All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.
Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.
Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.
Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.

Lovely Pet friendly House,
We had 5 wonderful days stay in a very big house, the view to the lake was wonderful , special when the sun was going down. Enjoyed also the black swans and pelicans. We hope to be back.
