Location and convenience are yours in this cozy fully-equipped one-bedroom suite. With numerous green spaces just steps away, this centrally located haven offers privacy and comfort nestled in the heart of Victoria. Just a four minute walk to the wonderful Christie’s Carriage House Pub, QV Coffee House, GoodSide Pastry House. Just an 8 minute walk to Urban Grocers, Shopper’s Drug Mart, and Vessel liquor store. Multiple playgrounds within minutes on foot, as well as the Stadacona tennis courts. The Royal Jubilee Hospital is 5-10 minutes away by foot. Downtown can be reached by bus in 20 minutes, or 13 minutes on bike. With multiple bus routes nearby, this central location makes it easy to get around town.

Enjoy relaxing in the living room, where you will find books and board games, a smart TV, fast wi-fi and a desk. A heat pump assures just the right temperature throughout the suite. The bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, closet, and dresser, as well as an adjoining private laundry room. The bright and clean bathroom has a tub and hand-held shower head. The living room sofa pulls out into a double bed if needed. The dining room table seats four and can be expanded to accommodate six. A full kitchen provides a fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, stove and a dishwasher. There is a private keypad entrance with a private outdoor patio.

This is a ground floor suite with no stairs within the unit; there is however one step to enter the property from the sidewalk. Unfortunately, the space is not ideal for anyone over 6 feet. It is also important to note that above the suite is a two story family home. Our kids are older and not rowdy, however some sounds are to be expected. Also living above is a friendly Weimaraner and an adorable cat.
