This exquisite unit is approximately 900 SF and is meticulously decorated and features stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, wireless internet and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your vacation. 180 Degree Gulf front Views. A large inviting oceanfront living room allows access to the covered balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious bedroom with a large King Sized bed with luxurious linens and comforter. Wireless remote control black out window shades will give you the most peaceful nights rest ever. Downstairs there is a beautiful heated swimming pool and hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment. Also shuffle board and a 1/2 basketball court. Bring some food to cook out on the grills and enjoy a picnic under the covered cabana or just enjoy at one of the tables.

Excellent location, view of the beach & gulf was amazing! The property is exactly as pictured - gorgeous! Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you'd possibly need. White bedding and towels give a spa like feeling to this lovely condo. Hosts stay in contact and easy to work with.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at David's beautiful condo with it's amazing views and very clean and current amenities. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful 1BR/1.5BA unit as a perfect couples beach getaway!

Amazing Property; Amazing Location

Our host was amazing from initial booking all the way to check out - tons of personalized little touches both in the unit and in terms of regular flow of communication about key matters - cannot recommend the property or these hosts enough - go to Sand Key...stay here...have an amazing time

Beautiful

Booked the property over the Christmas and New Year Holiday - view are beautiful of the beach and gulf and the unit was very clean and very nicely decorated - the hosts are also wonderful - they had a nice welcome bottle of wine and cheese/crackers. They were also very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend this property.

Million Dollar View Plus!

Sand Key is a fabulous location, beautiful beaches and convenient to many shoppes and restaurants. Everything was exactly as pictured - the condo is beautiful! Enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees and beautiful sunsets from our window and balcony. We appreciated all the thoughtful little touches David & Kathy left to make us feel special! Wonderful Condo on Sand Key

We had a great stay in the 18th floor condo we rented in Lighthouse Towers on Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, Florida for 4 weeks The unit was nicely furnished, the view was outstanding, nearby restaurants were great and the owner/managers were responsive to our needs. They even went so far as to give us a list of their favorite restaurants, many of which we visited and enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this unit to any couple looking to visit this area.

Fabulous place!

The place was beautiful. Just as pictured. The view is AMAZING! Everything was very clean.Nice towels and bedding. Plenty of towels. Has everything for the beach. Towels,chairs,umbrella, beach bag and wagon. Extra little touches like slippers which were extremely handy. Could see dolphins from our window! It was great! Would definitely come back

This place is amazing!

The hosts were excellent! They were in very close contact and provided great information about check-in, property regulations and local attractions! They even had drinks and snacks for us when we checked in! The staff at the condo and other tenants were very courteous and helpful. The view were amazing! The area had bars and great restaurants within walking distance. Everything about this two week experience was wonderful! Well worth the $$!

2nd Stay and Equally Great

We had tremendous weather, the host was available for a couple of questions, security was very professional and helpful. Condo has everything you need including a full kitchen setup if you would like to eat at home instead of visiting the restaurants only 5 minute walk away. The 2 mile walks on the beach each morning were peaceful. Came within 10 feet of 7 seals swimming by us. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting fun in the sun.

Our stay was from July 12-26For starters delicious snacks and adult beverages were waiting for us as well as a thoughtful framed greeting announcement. We were there to see the ocean and the views. The views from this room are just beautiful and gorgeous. Actually those words don’t do the views justice. Million dollar views may be the best description. Daily sighting of marine animals was a delight. Everything is in such close proximity to this room. My husband and I were overjoyed with the hospitality shown by Kathleen and David. We would definitely recommend this to any and everyone.

Unbelievable Beachfront View and Condo

Perfect setup for a couple. We appreciated the high end accommodation with an extremely comfortable master bed, plush towels, Keurig coffeemaker, wine and drink glasses, along with cutlery and every cooking pan and cooking utensil you could need. All this with a view from the Living room or balcony you’ll never forget! Every night was a different but spectacular sunset. The beach was quite and great for our daily multi mile walks. We highly recommend this condo! David and Kathy provided all the information needed to make this vacation memorable.

Stellar Views Fantastic Location

We stayed February 17-March 2 2024. We were thrilled with our stay! Our hosts David and Kathy were excellent with communication. The condo was so clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. The pictures posted are exactly as we experienced. The king sized bed was super comfortable!! We got the relaxing vacation we were looking for. This was our first VRBO experience and we were so happy! The views couldn’t be better and the location is perfect. It is on Sand Key in a bit more laid back area than down toward St Pete’s. There are many restaurants in the area that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every day we were able to walk the beach or swim in the pool. We hope to return soon!!

Magnificent Million $ View!

First of all WOW! The location and view are amazing not to mention the gorgeous and comfortable accommodations. Just a block to the Shoppes of Sabd Key and Maggie Mae's Breakfast Cafe. The Host and Hostess provided wonderful accommodations and supplies, even beach chairs an umbrella, beach wagon, beach bag and towels and much much more. All you need to do is simply unpack and relax. We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and it was fabulous. Our hosts left us snacks upon arrival and had awesome communication with us before and after our stay. We will definitely return to this Condo again. Thank you so much for everything!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

View of a Life Time!

My hosts, Dave & Kathleen were so helpful and present. They made my stay effortless...From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and was able to allow my self a "reset" from my own crazy world. I walked the beach every day...and enjoy the sunsets that were different every night... I also watched the dolphins play in the gulf right out my window. The Million Dollar View... was spot on... Again, thank you so much for sharing your place. I will be back!!!!!

Heaven on Earth

This property was absolutely amazing with every detail that was thoughtfully planned out. I stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave. The sunsets are breathtaking!!! I cannot wait to go back!! Thank you David and Kathleen for the extra special touches!

The beach itself is expansive and natural, with beautiful beach flowers and birds. You'll see dolphins while you are eating breakfast from the floor to ceiling windows in your living room and bedroom! The sunsets are beyond amazing. There is a tennis court, with a view of the Gulf of Mexico!
