- 3rd Room: Twin over twin bunk bed perfect for teenagers or younger kids.
The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and has everything you need to cook or enjoy take out meals. The spacious balcony is perfect for sunrise coffee/tea or sunset cocktails. You’ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.

Things to Know
This property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights and all guests are required to complete an online application prior to arrival.

Once you finish booking, a lease application must be completed with payment of the $150.00 application fee paid directly to the Sandpearl HOA. You will need to go online to TENANTEV.COM so the HOA may approve your stay. Please do this in a timely manner. Owner is not responsible for fees.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

No smoking or vaping. A fee will be assessed if you smoke/vape in the unit.

Streaming is available using your own account.

This rental is located on floor 12.

Parking: There is free covered parking available for 1 vehicle.
