Once you finish booking, a lease application must be completed with payment of the $150.00 application fee. You will need to go online to TENANTEV.COM so the HOA may approve your stay. Please do this in a timely manner. Owner is not responsible for fees.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

No smoking or vaping. A fee will be assessed if you smoke/vape in the unit.
