Welcome to Seagrass Coastal Retreat in sunny Lewisham, only 35 minutes from Hobart CBD. A beachfront oasis designed to accommodate the whole family with direct beach access and ample beach equipment for your enjoyment. Providing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an additional playroom downstairs, the stand out is the large, private deck with uninterrupted water views across Frederick Henry Bay and the Seven Mile Beach sand dunes. Enjoy!
The Space:
Seagrass Coastal Retreat is a family-friendly home located in coastal Lewisham, a comfortable drive from Hobart CBD and only 20 minutes from the Hobart Airport.
The house is only metres from the sands of Lewisham Beach with the luxury of direct access from the backyard, where guests can make good use of the kayaks available to them.
Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third bedroom has king single bunks with toys and books to keep the kids entertained. The master bedroom enjoys sensational views across the bay with the added comfort of an ensuite and TV.
The kitchen is fully set-up with everything required for self-catering and guests are welcome to access the shared pantry.
The large elevated deck is a spectacular spot for alfresco dining around the large outdoor setting complete with 4 burner BBQ.
The property is fully fenced with a level grassy area to enjoy when the weather is fine.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home.
The Neighborhood:
Never a dull moment, whether heading out onto the water for a fish, kayak or swim, lazing on the many beaches catching some sun with the gentle sea breeze or exploring some of natures finest walks.
Lewisham is the perfect gateway to many other popular tourist attractions on the Tasman Peninsula including Port Arthur, Doo Town, Three Capes Walk and many more famous Tasmanian sights.
Getting Around:
It is strongly recommended that guests have access to their own vehicle during their stay as public transport is not frequent in the area.
Taxis can be booked.
