The home is fully fenced with a spacious courtyard, ideal to enjoy morning coffees, outdoor dinners or sunset drinks. Enjoy walks along the mighty Derwent River or grab a coffee from the local Giddy Up café just a few minutes away.
The Space:
Character and modernity collide with this stylish renovated home, complete with contemporary finishes, and touches of history.
Steeped in light and comfort, relax on the sun-soaked couch in the lounge room with a good book, or glass of red as the fireplace roars.
The home features a modern and open plan kitchen that is spacious and perfect for cooking family meals or preparing dinner parties, with its sleek oven, stovetop, and large stone island bench top.
High ceilings, period mantelpiece and fireplace give the living room a sense of understated grandeur, with warm furnishings, three-seat leather couch, armchairs and split-system for ultimate comfort.
The home has three generous sized bedrooms filled with natural light, each with Queen beds, built-in-robes, high ceilings, polished floorboards, and electric heaters to keep you toasty during Tassie winters.
The large, renovated bathroom has a double shower and a spa bath – perfect for families with young children, or to pamper yourself on your getaway, as well as separate toilet, and laundrette.
Toward the rear of the home is a family or dining room with a large dining table and six chairs, ideal for sit-down dinners and good conversation. The room opens to the spacious, landscaped courtyard and backyard for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Metro Tasmania bus network can take you into Hobart, with a bus stop near the Royal Yacht Club, 700m away.
