This cozy cabin is a spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin structure, nestled on 18-private heavily wooded, yet scenic, acres with incredible rock formations sprinkled throughout. With approx. 1,450 sq. ft. of well-appointed living space and approx. 1,000 sq. ft. of exterior covered decking and patio for outdoor entertainment, this cabin surely does not disappoint. **Our Summit Point cabin is remotely located. Although most cars should have no problem during most of the year, during winter months and/or inclement weather 4WD is STRONGLY recommended.**

Things to note:
- Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent Summit Point.
- Renter must provide a valid driver’s license copy that includes date of birth.
- Renter must agree to review and sign Rental Agreement (see attachment at end of booking process). Agreement will again be emailed to Renter after booking is accepted for electronic signature.
- Renter agrees to provide refundable $500 security deposit in the form of a "Pre-Authorization Hold" to Renter's credit card on file. Hold will be processed against Renter's credit card on file 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in.
- As the responsible member of your group, Renter will be responsible for anything that occurs during the stay. Renter must be present at Check-in and throughout the duration of the rental period.
- Rates vary on time of year - All reservations have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
