This is the ideal home for families, extended families or two families. With Ping Pong, Foosball, Video Games, Hot Tub, Bikes, and Pool the kids will never want to leave! Walk to the Harbor where there is ice cream, restaurants and shops (there is even a small beach).

Everything in this home is brand new giving it a crisp clean feel.
Two king suites, the home sleeps 10 people. Newly added finished basement game room with ping pong & foosball tables providing additional 1,000 square feet of indoor living space. Plenty of outdoor living on the back deck, with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, hot tub and heated pool - you won't want to leave your backyard! Use the house bikes to bike to the local beach, farmer's market, harbor, or town!

Bed Configuration is as follows: King, King, 3 twin-XLs, 1 Queen, 1 twin day bed.

Beach Access: The home is approx. 1 mile from Sunset Beach (Block Island Sound) and Gosman’s dock, 2 miles or quick bike ride from Ditch Plains, 3 miles from town center and Kirk Park Beach. You can purchase per day parking passes at select beaches, or use street parking or park at the public lot in the middle of town.

The home is professionally managed by Montauk Management Group. They are available 24/7 if any questions or issues arise.

**No group rentals. No parties. Families only .There is a $50 per day fee for use of the pool heater.

A wonderful vacation home

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay - beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, pool, hot tub, etc. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing stay. The house was extremely well stocked - it had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our Montauk vacation. For the outside, we found beach toys, bicycles, pool, hot tub, outdoor seating for everyone, fire pit, fire wood, and so much more. Inside there was plenty of bedrooms, beds, towels, dishware. And everything is new, clean and in working order.

Summer in Montauk

This house was a perfect setting for our family vacation. The garden was perfect with the saltwater pool and hot tub. Such privacy - would never even know there were neighbors. The large finished basement with hang-out area and pingpong were a major bonus!

Weekend Stay

This property is so lovely. It looks exactly like the pictures. We had everything that we need. The house is well stocked with all your kitchen needs. The location of the house was a quick ride to town and beaches. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful property

This house is so beautiful spacious and well equipped. We ladies get together for our cousins reunion once a year and chose this property. We especially like that a host was there to greet us and show us around the house with the amenities. We did have one problem with the breaker it just turned out to be bad and as soon as I notified them, they were there same day to replace. Thank you so much Tabatha for this fantastic weekend. We would definitely definitely come here again.

Above and beyond

We just came back from a wonderful weekend in Montauk. The house is spectacular, very well set up: double master bedroom is great when traveling with 2 families, all bedrooms are very spacious, the basement is huge and lots of fun with fussball and ping pong, a great retreat for teenagers while the adults have the main floor. The kitchen is super well appointed, with all appliances and utensils. Extra sink on the island and double garbage disposal very convenient. The outdoors is fantastic, automatic retractable awning, the grilling station is amazing, not to mention and pool and jacuzzi. We were blessed with great weather in October and enjoyed every minute of being outside. Highly recommended!

Wedding weekend get away

The property was brand new and spectacular. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The heated pool was a good option even though we had warm June weather. The check-in process seemed a little unnecessary and awkward. This is the first time we’ve had an escorted tour of the entire property. We also had a surprise visit by the pool maintenance crew on our second day. We had to get out of the water for an hour and the hot tub was unavailable for 2 hrs the next day. Overall the stay was very good and Tabitha, the property manager, was very easy to contact and helpful.

Exquisite Home

This home is so much nicer than the pictures.. It felt brand new. All appliances were top of the line and functioned beautifully. The backyard pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and there was an ample amount of towels and linen for our large family. Bedrooms were so comfortable and baths were pristine and well stocked with amenities. The large dining tables inside and out served the family gathering so well. Location was excellent for travel to the beach or walks in the neighborhood or to the dock. We had a wonderful and memorable stay at this lovely home. I can honestly say this was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever rented on VRBO.

what a fabulous week we had....We have been coming to Montauk for many, many years and this by far one of the best houses we've rented ..The house was immaculate ( brand new) and very comfortable layout. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood , very close to the harbor and a short drive or bike ride to town/beach. The owners provided everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen , beach chairs, umbrellas , towels, bikes/helmets etc....We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful private backyard day and night; large pool, hot tub, outdoor shower ( a big plus) , grill/beverage fridge) , lounge chairs and more...The owners and Tabitha , the house manager were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with . We highly recommend and would definitely come back !!!

Family Stay In Montauk

We had a wonderful vacation at this home in Montauk! The house was very clean and well equipped for a rental, and it was exactly as pictured in the listing. The location is amazing as well—very close to town and beaches and all of the fun that Montauk has to offer. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great stay in Montauk!

Our group consisted of two families with kids. The house was as beautiful as the photos, and there was ample room for all of us. Very clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently located for all of our Montauk activities. The pool was a hit! The property manager and property owner were extremely responsive and helpful. We all had a wonderful time.

Great house!

We had a great time with our kids and their grandparents. Everyone loved the pool and layout of the house. It was clean and had all the necessities for an easy stay. Hosts communicated details well and were very accommodating to any questions and requests. We would love to stay again!

Fabulous luxury home

Wow, this house was so nice! It almost felt like staying at a hotel. There were so many thoughtful touches such as a steam feature in both master showers, outdoor kitchen, smart tv, and more. The house is brand new and just awesome. We would happily come back!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the house with another family. The property was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Perfect for 2 families given the double master suites. Will definitely come back!
