We celebrated my husband’s birthday with our adult children and spouses (ages 32-35) and our grandchildren (ages 6-8) and dogs. For our family, this home had everything we needed and more. The finishing in the home were new. The decor had a light, comfortable, nautical vibe. The backyard was enclosed, landscaped and very private with outdoor dining space, lounge furniture and a stunning, heated salt water pool and a separate hot tub. The curb appeal from the front was enhanced by lush floral landscaping, a large driveway with ample parking and an enclosed private outdoor shower adjacent to the side of the house. The front porch was large. The second story featured a three sided wrap around terrace with furniture on the front and back sides. The upper deck on the third level offered stunning sunrise/sunset views and a telescope to view the stars. The rolling waves, water views and access to private beaches was perfection I write all this as the house is more lovely than the photos might suggest. We had brought bicycles for the kids but the four adult bikes parked out front let everyone take a turn riding around this peaceful neighborhood with the children. The host was accessible and very personable. We recommend this home fully and without hesitation. We had a fabulous time in Montauk.
