Welcome to the IOP Island Retreat! Walk into this 3rd floor unit and be amazed by the screened-in porch accessible from both the living room and bedroom or head straight up the spiral staircase to the rooftop where you can sit and enjoy superb ocean views all day long. Port O' Call is located within Wild Dunes resort where guests have access to shops, restaurants, spa, golf, bike rentals and the pool at Port O' Call.

Mostly positive. We were disappointed in the limited tv channels. Found very few shows worth watching. The mattress on the bed was way to soft for us. I came home with a crick in my neck and we both are having back pain. The kitchen was very well supplied even though we didn't use it for cooking. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch.

A little slice of heaven

Just as described, very clean and kitchen was extremely well stocked, if you chose to stay in. Host was very responsive when we had a question. No problems experienced and we appreciated the easy checkin and checkout process.

Mini vacation away

Love IOP , We come here at least once a month or at least every 2 months In winter times. But love collecting seashells, wasn’t much this time and I’m getting worried about the water coming up so high. But great stay, we enjoyed our 3 nights. Thank you! Great communication! Sweet neighbors! Everyone is always so friendly!

Fantastic few days!

The view of the ocean from the porch was amazing! We enjoyed the space, including the rooftop deck. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were beach chairs/floats/toys available for guest use. We would definitely come back again!

Great Location

The location of this property is excellent. A short walk to the beach - I highly recommend hiring one of the beach chair services to set up your chairs/umbrella. The screened porch was wonderful. We sat out there in the morning to drink coffee and in the evening for a cocktail. Our only complaint was the furniture. It's time for an upgrade. The mattress on the bed is thin and not at all comfortable - the pillows need to be replaced as well. Same with the sofa - it's old and not very comfortable. The sofa wasn't a biggie - we weren't inside that much. But the pillows and mattress were not kind to my back.

Perfect Summer Stay

This property was perfect for us! We enjoyed early morning breakfast, quick beach-break lunches, and peaceful evenings on the screened porch. The unit was spotlessly clean, the linens were new and super-fresh, and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The beach access and property were well-maintained and lovely. My new high school graduate and I had a perfect girls’ week! We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice stay

We had a nice stay. The kitchen and bathroom were updated, but the rest of the condo was a bit dated. There was a limited view of the ocean that was as pictured. The outside wood could use a refresh and a bit of paint. Overall a nice location and a great beach..

Perfect

This property delivered as promised. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. This condo community had a tranquil, relaxing feel about it, making the stay very relaxing. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Quick trip

We were at this property for 3 nights while visiting family for the holidays. It had everything that we needed since we were not staying there during the day. There is a nice little breakfast nook we enjoyed, as we did the view from the rooftop space. We could have used a comfortable sitting chair.

The stay

Area was very nice. C302 IOP was not clean as well as it should have been. Stove top dirty and inside oven not clean . L shaped couch worn out not comfortable to sit on. Bed worn out and not comfortable to sleep .Bug found in towels sitting on bead and dead ones found on the floor in dinning area. Floors not swept/ Vacuum . Front door and screen dirty. Over all unit clutter , and needs a revamp/update . its sad you pay this much for a quick getaway and your you wished you stay in a hotel instead . Left a day early Elevator has not been cleaned in a while either which understanding has nothing to do with the condo, tho with the Dunes resort itself

Honeymoon

So close to the beach! Enjoyed the screen patio and crows nest! Enough room for us to spread out. Enjoyed cooking meals and the view! Only downfall was construction on a close building, so air hammers from 9-5... but we totally enjoyed and would return!

Location was the BEST!

The property is perfectly located at the beach. Just a short walk and we’re on the ocean. Loved the screened in porch considering all the gnats and mosquitoes. The unit is a bit dated, and could use some small upgrades (had to hold the toaster down to work, and no hot water in the bathroom sink), but other than that-perfect!!!

had a great time. property is located on the beach and in a great community. Everything is as described and clean. there are lots of places to eat and shop. this is about 30 min to downtown Charleston.
