Beachfront well stocked 1 bedroom sea cabin w/ beach view, pier, community pool.

Summary:

A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This sea cabin can sleep five people with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed (new as of 2023) in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".



The Space:

Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, beach access, a pool (not heated) and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license. We provide 4 beach chairs.

There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!

*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.

We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.



Cleaning information: At this property we provide we provide fresh linens, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We also leave a good supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap/shampoo, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. If you run out of any supplies, you will need to get more from the store.



Getting Around:

The Isle of Palms is a 7-mile-long barrier island in South Carolina, located approximately 12–15 miles east of downtown Charleston and accessed via the Isle of Palms Connector (SC-517) from Mount Pleasant. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, it is known for its 6 miles of white sandy beaches, residential community, and the Wild Dunes Resort.

We have stayed in the same cabin for several now and will definitely be coming back in 2027. Short walk to the beach and pier. The fishing was great catching lots of fish from the pier.The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Of the last couple of times we stayed at the sea cabins this by far was in the best condition. Everything worked properly and clean . Very easy to book for a weeks stay . Robert was very accommodating on any issues and prompt to respond . Would recommend the room to friends. Thanks Wayne

This is a beautiful spot and this unit 225 had a great view of ocean and pool. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine (and there was only one glass haha which I did inform owner about)Unit was absolutely well stocked with anything you might need. Lots of extras and appreciated the goodies that were provided! Could be a little more attentive to detail in the kitchen area but overall unit was very clean. It was very hot during our stay and AC worked great!! Host was very responsive with questions prior to our arrival and had no need to contact while we were there. Location is excellent in every way. Close walk to everything and Harris Teeter is right around the corner. Charleston is an easy drive away. I would come back!

This unit was perfect. The decor was comfortable, beachy & very clean. It was fully stocked with extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaners, blankets, sheets & towels if needed. We definitely would come back !!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Amazing booking process, responsive owner, accurate listing and stellar location. Parking, private pool, beach and peer access plus the proximity to things in town made for an excellent stay. Would highly recommend!

This place was great! Very homey and cozy spot right on the beach within walking distance. It’s only a half hour outside of Charleston so it’s super convenient to go into the city as well. Robert was a great host and provided everything we needed for our stay and then some. The condo itself was very clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies, sheets, toiletries, and even had a BRITA water filter in the fridge which was a pleasant surprise. Overall 10/10 and would stay again!

Beautiful home right on the water, extremely accessible to the shops and restaurants. Bunkbeds looked small, but we’re plenty big enough for 214-year-old girls.
