With the new pool and the cosy, partially renovated home, it's the perfect destination for families, groups, or simply those in need of a quiet retreat, this vacation sanctuary effortlessly couples convenience with luxury. Nestled within the idyllic coastal town, our home is capable of housing up to 9 guests in grandeur.
The 4 bedrooms offer a mix of queen and single beds, making this ideal for family gatherings and getaways with friends.
While inside, lose yourself in a world of comfort and entertainment. From a fully equipped kitchen to air conditioning and a smart TV, to children's books and toys for our younger guests, we've got it all. Step outside and you'll find spacious, fully fenced garden, perfect for your furry friends to romp around. Boredom will never be an issue here at Callala on King.
Between dips in the sparkling pool and lively barbecue cookouts, there is plenty to keep you entertained. And when it's time to hit the beach, a brief 4-minute walk delivers you to the untouched beauty of Callala Beach.
The ideal location puts you in close proximity to the natural wonders of Jervis Bay, allowing for daily explorations or unexpected adventures. Unwind after a day of exploration with a board game night, take advantage of the portable Bluetooth speaker, or simply fall back onto the plush couch, the choice is yours.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera overlooking the driveway and front yard. They will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (see photos)
- Air conditioning is only available in the main living room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
