Fun and beautifully renovated 1910 historic one bedroom rental in a fabulous neighborhood! Off-street parking, private entrance- the entire apartment is yours to enjoy! Restaurants, shopping, and world famous beaches close by ! Rest easy in the comfortable King bed after visiting downtown St Pete sites (restaurants, museums, shops, craft breweries!) or after spending the day at the Beach! Full kitchen W/Netflix, wifi+cable at the house!

Historic charm with modern convenience and comfort. Off street parking!

There are also bicycle lanes right outside for those seeking more adventurous travel. Nearby Crescent Lake has a 1.5 mile walking trail to provide exercise as well as relaxation- north shore pool is just a mile away.. Uber and left both service the area too the bus line goes straight to downtown just a few blocks away

Quaint and convenient!

I liked this place a lot and hope it is available next time we come to St Pete! I found this unit clean and attractive, and nicely decorated without being tacky. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. I woke up early and took the beach cruiser out for a bike ride and really enjoyed it.

Such an adorable place!

We loved our stay at The Peacock. The decor was adorable and it felt very welcoming! It was a great location to get anywhere we wanted for our weekend stay! We will definitely stay again next time we're in St. Pete!

Nice weekend

We had a very nice time staying in the Peacock. The rental is one of several in a large house. It’s on a busier street but it was pretty quiet. The walls are thin so you can occasionally hear the neighboring renters. I felt like the paperwork/communication was overwhelming but understand this is to protect the owner. The park is right down the street and was a great place to hang out with the dogs! It’s about 1-1.5 walk to DT but there are a few restaurants and bars close to the rental.

Choice location. Good kitchen

Downtown, waterfront, Central Ave., Arts District, Sunken Gardens and many eateries close by. Bed comfortable. Chairs and shower entranc more suited for someone under 225 pounds I guess. Unit was quiet but outside patio close to busy street. Don't miss noshing at Mazzaro's Market.

Cute Peacock Condo

The Peacock is a sweet little kitschy condo. If you don’t like cookie cutter hotel rooms or condos with no personality this is the place for you. Small but with plenty of space for amenities, Lisa has thought of everything.

St. Pete was great

Great location - nice dog park right down the street, and many locations (craft beer, restaurants, etc.) are very close by and accessible by bicycle. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent for Short Stay, not an Extended Stay

This was a decent place, but not nearly as nice as the 5-star reviews led me to believe. It is an "historic" neighborhood and is an old home that has been divided into several apartments. Although there are some updates, think "quaint", not "modern." It is SMALL! Very limited storage space. Tiny shower. The bed was comfortable, but otherwise the furnishings were a bit shabby. And you can hear everything from the other units (two of which are separated only by closed and locked doors.) We liked to location - as noted, it is walking distance to a nice city park and several bars and restaurants, and only a short drive away from the heart of downtown. Also convenient to visit Tampa, St Pete Beach, Clearwater and Anna Maria Island. But we were there for 18 nights and it was not comfortable or convenient for that long of a stay.

Comfy stay

The bungalow was in a convenient location to everything , shops, restaurants , downtown and beaches. Had a comfortable stay . Always alot going on in town to explore.

Great location!

The host was very nice and the house had everything you need. Location was perfect for those who like to walk to bars and restaurants. There was even a dog park nearby to let your pup burn off some steam.

I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

One of the oldest houses in the area & I didn't want to see it torn down. In order to help rehabilitate it and the extreme costs to do so I thought it would be great to bring some of the old home history to those visiting St Pete! The area is awesome with restaurants just steps away and with bikes anyone can explore this fabulous city
