Very very very disappointed, Garden not kept, all the plants are dying, weeds all over the place. Host not contactable, The host/VRBO still owes me 720 which we were over charged. The lock box codes & entrance to the house codes do not work, so could not get access to the house. The VRBO agent were willing to give me a full refund when the access to the house did not work, but do not want to refund the over-charge? How does that work? No consideration from the agent that planning a weekend like this, around an international sport event, are done months ahead of time, other investments like expensive tickets to the events etc etc. No consideration by agent/host??? The house were not properly cleaned, cockroaches dead&alive, dirty socks from previous visitors on the balcony, spiderwebs, empty drink bottles.The furniture on the balcony & garden are not well looked after - looks like it were picked up at a rubbish dump.This is a dump in such a beautiful setting.The view is beautiful, met the Neighbour’s, nice people, the kitchen and bathrooms were average condition.Can’t say much more, very disappointed in the host, not returning my calls or messages, VRBO could also have assisted more to return my funds and to make sure that my kids and friends did not have to go through this ordeal. Vet your hosts better.I have logged these complaints, I have reference numbers, but zero follow up from host/agent after the weekendPlease return the funds that you owe me-720
