Todas nuestras habitaciones tienen acceso al gran balcón, y también a todas las habitaciones con vista al puerto de Auckland Waitemata. Vista desde la palanca superior del apartamento.

Todas las habitaciones con un sistema de intercambio de aire fresco le brindan tranquilidad y privacidad al dormir.

Hacemos el check in en el lugar para hacer lo más conveniente para nuestros huéspedes.

Great place to stay

This is a great rental apartments in central Auckland. The beds are very comfortable. There is a huge balcony with great furniture and a lovely view of the docks and harbor. Another plus is the large supermarket next door. You are also close to local bus routes. One disadvantage is that you are downhill from the SkyTower and iintracity buses.

Great Location

Whilst the location is excellent & the apartment has great potential the apartment presented on line was not reflective of the actual apartment. The walls were very scuffed & covered in weird wall appliqués. The bed spreads & pillows did not match & were more suited for young children (Avergers duvet). The towels were old and mismatched. Depending on how warm you like things, we were there in the winter & because the apartment is north facing it was very warm & the unit has no air conditioning.

Leaving a daughter in Auckland

Despite of CoVid-19, Tony gave us super support, from pick up at airport to check-out time, city recommendations and other help, important for first visit to NZ.. Location cannot be better, apt has all you need, easy access, great view....

Excellent location, comfortable stay

This apartment is super convenient for public transport, supermarket shopping, up-market fashion shopping, cafes and restaurants. The apartment building has excellent security, appliances are modern, the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery etc., the beds are comfortable and there is good seating on the balcony which is perfect for watching the activity of the busy port and enjoying the longer views across the harbour. There is some noise from the street and the ships but, because the apartment is on an upper floor, it is generally not too bothersome. On the downside, while most of the apartment was clean, it’s obviously a long time since the bathrooms had a decent scrub - most of the originally white grout is dirty brown. Also the apartment is advertised as having a ‘Smart TV’ but it doesn’t, which was a huge letdown for us since NZ free-to-air TV offers very little.

Comfortable apartment with great location!

My husband and I were traveling with another couple and we all enjoyed this apartment for 4 nights. Each couple had their own bathroom, one was en-suite. There was a great balcony that was accessible from each bedroom and the living room. Although the rooms were on the small side, it was adequate for us since we don’t spend much time in the apartment anyway. We loved this location in the Central Business District as it was walking distance to the harbor area, the ferries, the train station and multiple restaurants! A fantastic supermarket was right across the street. The building has great security. The host, Tony, was extremely available and easy to work with.
