Beautiful stay, great location!

Had a getaway for our end of year staff do, there was 4 of us girls and this place had everything we needed!. The bbq grill was amazing! The deck was great place to hang out. And the pool was just a great touch!

Beautiful home in a great location, Zarrie was very welcoming upon checkin and gave us great information regarding the property and it’s utilities. Kids loved the pool, we had an awesome relaxing family get away.

Everything you need!

Zarries house is an eclectic mix of everything and is warm and hospitable, just like a home away from home. It was perfect for our group needing multiple rooms and the pool was especially great for the kids!

Location, location, location + Home

A home away from home with everything you would need for the whole family to enjoy their time in Rotorua. Zarrie and Neil made us feel very at home and great check in process. Would recommend and confirm that property is 3 x large bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and separate verandah area with lots of pull out beds which were also super comfy!

Lovely family friendly accommodation

We stayed at Zarrie's beautiful home for 3 nights. Check-in was lovely and welcoming. The house is clean and decorated in style, and very central to see the sites of Rotorua. We were 4 adults and 3 kids. The bedrooms and extra beds were good for our family group. Our kids loved the pool!

Excellent location right. Great house with everything you need. Fantastic barbecue area and outdoor setting. Super welcoming for pets, fully self contained. Baby cot and high chair was provided which was great. Owners on sight however we never saw them.

Art Deco Experience

Exceedingly warm and welcoming. We all enjoyed a relaxing couple of days in this lovely clean and well presented home. Even our small dog was welcome and safe in the enclosed property with toys and treats. The beds are very comfortable and although on a busy road noise was not an issue.

Ideal

A group of friends came together after years of not seeing each other - this was the ideal place for us to catch-up. Spent most of our time in the outdoor area and pool. Didn’t realise the owner was on-site but a Lovely lovely host who left us alone to do our thing.

All the little extras!

Property was perfect for us, and Zarrie was super accomodating as our booking was very last minute… Dog friendly is an absolute understatement at this property. Our miniature schnauzer had everything she could ever want including a toy on arrival, dog bowls and bedding and complete run of the whole property.

Great place to stay

Really happy with the cleanliness of the place. Owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that you have absolutely anything you could possibly need. Property is located very close to some awesome activities like the Skyline, 3D Art Gallery and Zorb, however comes at a small cost at it is on a really busy road which is crazy noisy at night. That is however the only downfall, other than that we were extremely happy with our stay and great hospitality from the owners too.

Best Stay Ever!!!

We stay in VRBO rentals all the time however this was our best experience ever. Such a lovely and caring host. Always offered us help when we needed it. Home was ultra clean and multiple sleeping choices for our teens. Water and milk in fridge for us. Pool and a magnificent sun room. We want to go back so bad and when we do we will stay here!!!

At first glance we weren’t loving it but the house quickly grew on us. It's an older home with a very unique layout. We were originally also worried about not having A/C but don’t worry about this. With the windows opened the air flow was lovely and it quickly cooled down. We didn't love being on a main busy road (wasn't in listing). But it was quiet at night, and felt totally safe sleeping with windows open. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with also.

Across the road from New Zealand’s major tourist attraction skyline sky rides that offers luging mountain biking I say five star restaurant beautiful views so much more.
