The fully detached sleep out adds flexibility and privacy, featuring its own shower and toilet, plus a set of bunks, a king single bed, and a pull-out single. It’s a great option for kids or extra guests. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the peaceful outdoor setting, Highfield Ride is the perfect base for your Rotorua getaway.

You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is the gateway to The famous Redwoods (Whakarewarewa) Forest. The forest provides some of New Zealand's best mountainbiking trails and a number of walking and running tracks. You'll also find the Redwoods Tree Walk just down the road. Lynmore has a number of cafe's, a bistro and shops, all within close proximity of the house.

Located in Lynmore, this home provides convenient access to the city center, reachable within a 7-minute drive. Public transport options from the house are readily available for exploring the city. There is plenty of parking on the property and on the street.
