Quaint colonial with short walk to Harbor and Restaurants

Cohasset is a coastal town fewer than 25 miles from Boston. This newly updated home is located in the village. Enjoy all that this picturesque town has to offer with a quick walk to restaurants/bars, shopping boutiques, coffee shops, bakeries, and Cohasset Harbor.

This casual 3 bedroom home has a primary bedroom with walk in closet and a queen bed. Second bedroom with a queen bed and the third with a twin bed. All new sheets, blankets and comforters. The kitchen is supplied with all you would need for a comfortable stay short or long term. There is a deck off the living room with seating and a very large side yard for after beach games.
The outdoor shower is a benefit to rinse off after a day at the beach or kayaking.
Complementary washer and dryer is onsite.
Marina and public boat launch is only 1 mile mile away.
Cohasset also hosts an incredible non-profit venue for live music and the arts called “Music Circus”. It is a bit over a half mile from our home. The tent only hold a bit over 2,000 people so it is quite intimate. We would highly recommend taking advantage of this treasure that is open the summer months.

We happened to have a storm during our stay, but on the one nice day we really enjoyed walking to breakfast. The house was beautiful and comfortable, beds were comfy. Very very clean. There is an open stairway, which was noted in the pictures, but we simply blocked it with chairs and our 1-year-old was safe and fine. We really liked the town as well, nice people and restaurants. Would stay again

Wonderful little place

charming rental and responsive owners

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is in a quiet and calm neighborhood a 10-minute walk to town. The owners were responsive to any request including allowing us to check out late, which was much appreciated. We were visiting friends and family and the house was a good base for that. We hope to be back again next summer.

I was able to book at last minute I call property manager explained that this would be a graduation

however when I got there the cleanliness was not what it was on advertised to be I was just grateful to be able to travel location however my son had an allergic reaction both nights because of the dust we were told we couldn’t have an early check-in because the cleaning crew was there don’t understand that and then on the day of check out I woke up late because we were up all night with my son him and I asked her if I could just stay till one her tone became hostile and combative and I was told she would be double charge by a cleaning crew that apparently would be there from 1130 to 3 him that I don’t think was the truth I’m not really sure if it was the assessment of her children they came earlier where they formed an opinion or not

Great Stay

We laid over here for a week in between selling our home and getting into a new home. It was a welcome respite from the stress and flurry of our move! Michael was incredibly kind and responded within minutes each time we reached out. The house was well stocked with any amenity needed for myself and my two small children. We were very comfortable here, and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Cohasset.

We love the location of this home. It is in a very family friendly neighborhood and walking distance to "town". Everyone that comes to visit Cohasset leaves with the sense that they were just in a slow paced quintessential New England Coastal town. Our family has been living here 10 years and the scenery still takes our breath away.
