La vista directa al mar penthouse 3 bd 2 bth 42 plasma 25 pies cubierta w / d 2 camas queen, 1 litera y 1 sofá cama de tamaño completo, asiento de amor, a pie de playa. Bares de menos de 5 minutos mini golf carrusel arcadas. Plaza de aparcamiento gratuito, internet wifi, cocina completamente equipada, sábanas y toallas limpias con lejía. Este es un gran lugar para la familia como muchas cosas que hacer en la playa. Si necesita más unidades, tengo otras junto a esta unidad de 4 camas y de estudio. Great location. Quick walk to the beach. Wonderful ocean view from the patio. The rental unit inside was very outdated and uncomfortable.

The place wash clean and cozy. It is a bit dated but it in no way hindered our great experience. Everything works nothing broken down. The large bathroom is only accessible through the kids room so that was a little bit of a challenge but we managed it! The views and neighborhood is so amazing it makes up for it! Peter was wonderful to work with and made check in and out very easy. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants! I never wanted to leave the patio and the views!

I wish I hadn’t done it! The place was horrible. There was an awful smell and too many things were broken. We rebooked a new location and probably lost my 1400. I’m embarrassed I brought my family there.

Building entrance smelled of mold. Beds are very uncomfortable and the living room furniture was very old. Kitchen table is ready to come apart.We should get some of our money back!

Excellent get away

We love the view and location. Drinking coffee on the balcony and walking to the beach or the corner bakery. Peter was a wonderful host. Really lovely place.

Old place with a view

Definitely an older place. It worked out great for us. The view was awesome. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Close to restaurants and night life.

Hull beach vacation

Location was perfect, easy hassle free access. Tricky stairs at the entrance for my elderly father to navigate, but it was exactly as advertised. Could use some renovation - kitchen table isn’t level and one of the beds was lopsided, but everything worked and we enjoyed our stay.

Recovery Central

This was a great place for my son to recover from his surgery last week. It was an excellent location with all the amenities. The only down side: the stripped bass weren't biting. We'll try again soon.

The location of this property was awesome, being near the beach. However, it was not on the beach.The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar at best. One bathroom smelled of urine and was very small. The floors were extremely dirty. The stairs leading up to the property were carpeted and covered in ground in dirt and very sketchy. The walls and ceiling showed signs of water damage. The floors were uneven and felt as if they were sinking. All furniture were secondhand from either the Yard sale or Goodwill and were extremely uncomfortable. I had to ask the owner where the key was once we arrived, and had to ask him for the Wi-Fi password. There were no instructions in the unit.Linens were all clean and amply provided, but all extra sheets and blankets were shoved in a closet not even folded. Beds did not have mattress pads. All blinds were broken off and too small for the windows. Kitchen was ample supplied.We would not recommend this place.

Great view property in need of attention

The location was fantastic. The property itself was tired in need of some live and attention. Security was shocking patio door was not secure. Carpets needed a good clean. Evidence of damp mushroom growing in the bathroom. Furniture was tired and in need of repair. This property with some professional renovation could be stunning.

Wonderful location

Wonderful location, great view of the beach. Photos online are not updated, I thought we were in the wrong unit because the photos did not match the property clearly; property is outdated, with water stains on ceiling. Stairs were really hard to walk up, not for the elderly. Does not have pride of ownership. Property owner was great with communication and came right over to fix the air conditioner that wasn’t working.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND BEACH

This rental property has both good and bad! The good is location and view is awesome and right down the steep hill is coffee shop, bars, restaurants, music and bus stop. Uber to either Hingham or Hull ferry was about $16. The balcony had beautiful sunrises, The bad is this property needs extensive updating. The 2nd bathroom smelled like cat pee, the old, stained carpeted narrow stairs to rental we had to hold our breath. Does look like 2 bedrooms had comfy mattresses but comforters looked and smelled few decades old, We took pics but there was either a mushroom or mold that continually grew in the main bathroom and the entire place had a funky smell and we paid over $900 for 3 nights. We booked late so our bad but this property has potential if updated..my allergy friends were miserable.

Dirty and Dilapidated

Wow, where do I start? The location is amazing! The property has many issues that were less than desirable. I am a general contractor in Colorado, and I am not sure of building codes in Massachusetts, but this property needs some serious work. First, the stairs into the property are very steep, the railing is on 2 different sides, and the wall when you enter is about to fall out. My 71 y/o mother struggled mightily every day to get up them. Next, there was no soap in the house; in the COVID era, I cannot imagine a reason why a property would not have hand soap at a minimum. When traveling and using a VRBO you tend to expect the toiletry essentials to be available. We had to buy dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and had soap to use in the house. Then, caulking seems to be the fix for everything in this house. Put the shower together, trim coming off the wall, or crack in the drywall. Next, the 2 inch centipede that went crawling across the floor freaked my kids out beyond belief! When your 11 y/o tells you about the mold on the shower curtain, what's your response? This place could be amazing, but as of now, it is scary!

Cozy, Older Place with a Beautiful View

We just checked out of the property & I wanted to leave a thorough review while my thoughts are still fresh. Here's the good & the bad: GOOD: 1. The location is PERFECT. The town is super cute, the neighborhood is very nice & the area is walkable with multiple restaurants & a bakery just about a 5 minute walk from the home. It's close enough to Boston to get downtown in under an hour. It's also a quick drive to Plymouth Rock & not terribly far from Salem. We visited them all. 2. The view is SPECTACULAR! I honestly think the view is probably the best view in town. You get a panorama view of the beach, the bay, & downtown Boston from the balcony. It's breathtaking! 3. It's functional. There are 3 decent-sized bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. One bath has just a shower, the other has a tub/shower. Decent sized kitchen & living room. 4. The owner is great with communication. He was helpful in telling us the best places to eat in town & always answered my questions in a timely manner. BAD 1. The home is not really updated aesthetically. The furniture & decor is a patchwork of items that may have been garage sale finds or something. It was all functional though. 2. The room with the larger bathroom attached is the one with bunk beds, so the primary bedroom doesn't have an attached bathroom. There's a bathroom close to it, but it's VERY small. I'm 6'2" & had to sit on the toilet to brush my teeth. 3. The staircase is gross, narrow & steep. Overall a great deal for the price!

Absolutely Stunning Stay!This condo exceeded all expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the amazing view—breathtaking at any time of day! The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and incredible scenery!

Our Boston experience

Loved Boston the location was a distance where we stayed to the city, but the view was just stunning. Well worth the trip!! The owner was very responsive to my questions that made the trip easier!! We loved Boston and will consider going again in the near future.
