This well maintained pool home with sprawling floor plan and immaculate kitchen could be your next vacation spot. Come enjoy the beautiful southwest Florida beaches, baseball spring training, a deep sea fishing charter, or just a relaxing stay by the pool.
This home is equipped with a TV in each bedroom and high speed wireless internet. The large pool is south facing, with a new electric heater installed January of 2021. Also, to ensure crystal clear water, a salt system was installed in August 2021. You can spend hours splashing around in the pool or enjoy family in the large open areas of the home separating the master suite from the other 3 bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very beautiful and everyone enjoyed the pool! If we ever come back for vacation in Cape Coral this is a must stay place! Close to Everything!!!!

Great family fun

Perfect for family with kids. Kids played in the pool when we weren't at the beach. House was close to all the essentials for food and shopping. Pleanty of room for everyone.

Truly an Escape!

We rented for a month and were very pleased with the spacious home, location, cleanliness and the large heated pool! Our 2 kids, their spouses and 2 grandchildren joined us for a week of our stay. There was plenty of room and everyone loved the pool and all the things to do near bye. Highly recommend!

Cape Coral Hancock

My wife and I stayed four weeks at this wonderful place. We also had two of our daughters and their families stay with us for a week each. The house was well stocked, spacious, and the pool was awesome! Very nice neighborhood also. The owners responded quickly as needed. We certainly recommend this house for a great stay.

Our house rules specifically indicate there is no smoking in the house OR in the Lanai area. Our house cleaner and 2 separate individuals all indicated that the house smelled like marijuana. The smell was significant to the point we required "extra cleaning" to remove the smell.

Great Cape Coral Property

We really liked the location of this home. The layout is perfect. The spacious living room had a massive patio door that opened to a great patio and pool area. We spent most of our time there. The pool was a great size and also had a half bath in pool area so didn’t need to go in the house with wet swimsuits. Really liked it!

Fantastic

The house was beautiful, clean and plenty of room for all the family. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved how there was lots of amenities for us. The pool was wonderful. And because they changed our flight times and had 2 little ones with us, the owners let us check out late. Plus the owners also texted to make sure things were going good. We had a blast! Highly recommended

You find the property as it is in the photo The only problem we saw was that the garbage cans were full of worms and well I dislocated my foot because the pool was not completely clean but in general everything was fine Communication with Brian was fine He always answered all my questions I recommend it

Exactly as Described

This property was exactly as described and the communication with the owners could not have been any better. They responded within minutes. The house was beautiful and met our needs exactly. Everything was well maintained. We loved the pool and the set up of the whole house. Would return tomorrow if we could!

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that is able to accommodate a large family. The rooms are large and spacious and unlike some vacation homes, there is plenty of seating around the tables to enjoy a large family dinner. The house is close to Publix, Target and gas stations so it is very easy to pick up needed items without driving far. We were able to enjoy the pool daily and loved the fact that there was an outdoor half bath off of the pool. Brian checked in with us after arrival to make sure that everything was going well and to answer any questions we may have. We did have an issue with the dryer but he was able to get it repaired quickly which was great. Brian was easy to talk to and able to give some recommendations when asked. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to the Cape Coral area. I would recommend this home for a lovely vacation getaway.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is beautiful and met all our needs - very spacious and the pool was enjoyed by all. The area is close to everything we needed. The owners went out of their way to think of everything to make our stay so enjoyable!! We are definitely planning to return.

Nice home!

We were at this home for one month. The home has a lot to offer and was very comfortable. We met the owners and they were very nice and concerned how our stay was going. Again as in the February review we weren’t offered the opportunity to rent for next year which was disappointing. It never used to be this way when renting in Florida.

A Month that went too fast!!!

We stayed a full month at Cape Coral Escape. This is the perfect home for a family vacation. We were alone most of the month but our kids and their families joined us for a few days. The heated pool was the highlight! The home has plenty of room to spread out. A TV in every bedroom and our 13 year old grand daughter appreciated her own room. My concern was pool safety with my almost 3 year old grandson but all the sliders had locks on the top. The home has everything you need and is located in a walkable neighborhood with Publix, Target and Dunks nearby. Don’t forget to check out the burrowing owls (? 1st Ave?). Golf courses are plentiful. We enjoyed yacht club community park and Sanibel for beaches and restaurants. The hosts are attentive and respond promptly to all communication. Our only disappointment is Cape Coral Escape is booked next year!!! Susan and John

Vacation

Was the highlight of our summer for my entire family. Everyone loved the house there was plenty of room, the children loved the pool the most! Pool was a bit murky at first, however we contacted the property owner and he got it fixed within the same day. Great communication, helped us find local bars and restaurants around. Great location you can walk to Dunkin’ Donuts for some morning coffee or tropical smoothie cafe. Highly recommend this for you and your family to stay!

Coral Escape is a vacation all on it's own!

The property is exactly as listed online. Our group of 10 had plenty of room. The pool was the highlight of the kids stay(we had 4, 8 year olds). Great property and the property owner Brian was so nice and accommodating!
