Eric was very quick to respond when I had a question and welcoming! It was the perfect get a way for my family. We enjoyed the house, pool and fishing in the canal. Our Thanksgiving meal was a fish fry from the fish we caught in the canal. A Thanksgiving meal that will be a lasting memory for all!

The pool was amazing. We loved the landing for kids, and sun-bathing. We loved the stumps in the water to rest on. The hot tub was hot and perfect once we made a call for a fix and the maintenance call was speedy and prompt! Beds could use some updates on sizes and comfort. Plenty of towels for the 10 of us. Loved the amount of bathrooms. We saw dolphins, iguanas, and salamanders right from the pool. It’s not a tourist town but it is so quiet and peaceful… just what we were looking for.

Somewhat disappointed with the stay. The view from the livingroom was great, the master bedroom was huge, there were two other bedrooms that were good. But the listing is sleeps 11, but pull out couches for 5 are more for children, not adults. We had four couples and another single adult. We never could get the hot tub to work, I had to bleach the counters due to ants, we had to purchase coffee, garbage bags (yet expected to take out trash) and dish soap. I've never stayed somewhere where I had to start my own laundry. The rules binder is falling apart and looks unprofessional, in my opinion. I'd suggest replacing the toilet seats and ask the staff to be a bit more detailed in their cleaning. It's a very nice home, but smaller than the pictures looked. And for the price, I guess I expected more.

Simply the BEST!

This place is AMAZING- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. This place deserves a15 on a scale from 1-10. The view is stunning and breathtaking. We LOVE it here. We would absolutely stay here again. Eric was really responsive and available to answer questions. If you are considering the spot-book it!!!

A multi generational trip for college gradualtion

I dont think i can say enough how perfect this property was for our group. 3 in theor upper 80s, one 70s, one 60s, one 50s, a couple of 30s and a couple 20s. The layout of the house was nice, very usable for our group. Pool was perfect. We spent most of our time outside and it was very accomodating. Great place to stay. Everything was perfectLocation worked well for our group too.

- [ ] Grill: one of the legs is separated from the font leg, no heat deflectors, metal brush broken, Grill is fairly rotted- [ ] Remote for garage was not in the house- [ ] Light in storage room in end room was on the whole time we were here- [ ] Bathroom next to laundry room no pressure in sink- [ ] Remotes need batteries and are very sticky- [ ] Pool was cleaned once while we were here it had debris on bottom- [ ] Chase lounge rusty and leaked rust on the pool deck

Spring break 24'

We had an amazing time! Perfect set up for our 2 families with a huge age rande in children. Everyone had space and fun things to do. All kids were entertained the whole week. Fishing, swimming, relaxing, it was perfect!! We will definitely be back!

The house was fine couple of the chairs and bar stools could probably be replaced. We loved the pool and hot tub area. We would definitely stay there again. Eric was very helpfull.

Beautiful oasis

2nd time staying at property, had a wonderful time but it can use some new furniture, linens etc. It also could have been cleaner there were ants on countertop and 1 couple said they had bites from their bed. We loved the pool and pool area

Great Home, but disappointed with the overall experience

The home was much bigger than the pics present. It truly needs a good cleaning and outdoor maintenence. There was zero communication from the host other than requesting payment. Upon arrival, (which was after 4 pm) I could not get in touch with the host to get the entrance information. I had to call VRBO and almost had to change properties. After 2 hours on the phone with VRBO, we finally received a code. Completely stressful since we traveled to stay here. The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not heat up the back patio doors need maintenence. It is a beautiful property, just needs a little more TLC.

Second time renting, couple hiccups

Overall, this was a great property for our needs. There were a few hiccups that slightly marred the experience. One AC unit wasn't working and took 24 hours to be fixed, resulting in warm sleeping conditions and the pool and grill were a little dirty relative to expectations. Overall, happy outside of the AC issue and would come back.

A Mid Summer Getaway

The house was beautiful and the accommodations were as described. The kitchen and linen closets were well stocked. We spent 7 days at this property and truly enjoyed the pool and boat dock with easy access to the waterways. My only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the property. We had a great time with our family. We loved the pool as well as fishing along the canal.

This was a great rental. It worked very well for six adults and two teens. We were so saddened to see a lot of the devastation in the area due to the hurricane, but we were able to do everything we were hoping for. We enjoyed this rental rental very much!

Great House for large groups!

We had a great stay, the pool was the definite highlight. The house is spacious with plenty of options for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the garage with ping pong, bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs. Also plenty of towels! Will definitely keep it as a future option.
