Our elegant home resides on the grounds of Solterra Resort.

Just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World property, this tucked away gated community offers all the luxury resort comforts you'll need to enjoy your Florida vacation. Fully furnished, 6 bedroom 4.5 bathrooms. We offer the same nightly rate for up to 12 guests! With two king master bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bunk bed room full over twin, you will find an immaculate property for your stay.

Take daily dips in the south facing, "sunny all day" private pool and hot tub, enjoy your morning coffee and meals outdoors and relax in one of the largest extended fully screened in lanais in the community with two sitting areas and plentiful lounge chairs. We also have a large 6 burner gas grill BBQ for your family cook outs. Enjoy the game or your favourite show while relaxing on the patio or in the pool on the new 50” outdoor TV with ROKU.

Back inside, you can end each evening enjoying movies in the living room or upstairs loft, or in the game room, playing pool, foosball and air hockey or enjoying our NEW vintage video arcade game with 17,000 games to choose from!

Both the living room and upstairs loft lounge have ROKU allowing you to stream internet TV with HULU+LiveTV. This allows for the kids and adults to both watch TV and relax at the same time. As an added bonus, enjoy playing games on Wii in the loft upstairs.

Downstairs in the large living area enjoy our new 70” LG TV with Bose cinema sound.

The rental comes with FREE access to the beautiful resort size pool, lazy river, water slide, gym, tennis courts and other fantastic amenities at the resort clubhouse which is an easy few minute walk away or an even quicker bike ride as we have 4 bicycles for you to use! The Resort even has activities planned on select afternoons and nights.

A short 3 minute walk will get you to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, a 5,600-square-foot space that features a beach-entry pool with a water slide, a lazy river, poolside cabanas, volleyball & tennis courts, a gym, a kids' playground, and the Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. Your rental gets you free access!

You'll also be an easy drive to countless theme parks, golf courses, and other attractions in the greater Orlando area as our Villa is minutes away from world-class entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The resort is ideally located near I-4,

approximately 15 minutes (13 miles) to Walt Disney World, 20 minutes (20 miles) to Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, 25 minutes (18 miles) to SeaWorld Orlando, and 30 minutes (28 miles) to the Orlando International Airport. For those of you who love to golf, we are only 10 minutes ( 3 miles)from Champions Gate and 54 holes of world class golf (including two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman). For those wishing to take a day trip to the beach to make sand castles, surf or watch the dolphins, Cocoa beach is a short 1 1/2 hour drive east. Clearwater Beach's soft white sands and romantic Gulf Coast sunsets are also just a short 1 1/2 hr. drive to the west. The famous Kennedy Space Center is a quick 1 hour drive away.

For shopping the new Posner Park is conveniently located within 2.5 miles (JC Penny, Target, Best Buy etc.) and the Orlando Premium Outlets are only 15 minutes away offering a broad selection of 180 luxury designer and name brand stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Cole Haan, Hugo Boss, Azria, etc. Disney Springs, the outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment complex is just 25 minutes away.
