The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was good but it would lose its water after about 30 mins of running the jets. Not a huge deal but letting you all know.

Dear Deb, your review is very important for me, I appreciate it!! I want my house to be the best rental ever!! My prime goal as the house owner for all my guests to have only 5* vacation experience!! Thank you for mentioning that the house is newly renovated, nicely decorated and the pool and SPA with gorgeous lake view was amazing 😊 If you have mentioned any cleaning issues with the floor I would immediately send my best cleaning crew to the house. Our past guests reviewed the our house as the Cleanest Rental they have ever stayed!! Cleaning is our priority. To all guests we provide at least 3 toilet paper rolls for each 4 bathrooms, washing pods and dishwashing pods as well as all kitchen supplies like paper towels and extra trash bags. For your guests I have ordered the same day delivery of extra toilet paper and all other staff and I’m very surprised to read your review. We have bought new vacuums cleaner for future guests it’s kept in the garage. I would be happy to resolve any issues and answer all request of my guests to provide only five star vacation experience for you♥️ With love, Claire, House owner

8/10 Bueno

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
We had a nice stay overall at this property. The inside of the home was clean, well-kept, and offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, so it was suitable for our needs. The outdoor areas could use some additional attention, as they didn’t feel quite as well cared for as the interior. That said, the pool was a great feature—perfect for cooling off on hot days. One thing to be aware of is that pool heating comes at an additional cost, which can add up if that’s important to your stay. We also encountered a couple of minor issues upon arrival, but after reaching out, the owner responded quickly and resolved them, which we appreciated. The location is convenient to the parks, though with traffic, travel time to Disney was closer to 45 minutes. Overall, this is a solid option for families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, llegada y precisión del anuncio
Check in was difficult because the door code we were given in reservation was not the correct code. Woman on phone was rude when we called for help. The house did not have 2 master suites as listed. Did not even have 2 king beds (we had 2 families so this was a big reason we chose this house) also no trampoline outside. Yard overgrown in back. House smelled heavily of mold/mildew, couch pillows stunk very badly. Bathroom fixtures falling off walls, host gave free spa heat as an apology for fixtures, but the spa never got hot and the water level became lower than the spray nozzles (we were not splashing) so we got out. Front yard had trash in yard. Mildew so bad on driveway and walk up to door it was very slippery. Cleaners were waiting in front drive at 8am watching us and waiting for us to leave, 2 hours before we had to check out. Garage “game room” smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and was not as it was shown in pictures. Items shoved under the ping pong table. They seem to use it as storage more than a game room. You cannot put AC under 73 upstairs and 75 downstairs. No ceiling fans. We did find some floor fans but all were covered in thick dust and some didn’t work. Definitely not worth the price. Would not stay again.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your visit didn't feel as relaxing as we'd hoped, and we want to assure you and future guests that every concern raised during your stay was taken care of and has been fully addressed. We'd like to offer a bit of clarity for future guests. The master bedrooms are presented exactly as they appear in our listing photos. The house is newly built, and the fit-out and all furniture are new and modern. There is no mold or mildew odor in the home, and we take great pride in keeping it fresh, clean, and well maintained. The trampoline was never part of our listing and was removed for safety reasons. When issues came up during your stay, we responded right away and offered complimentary spa heating as a gesture of goodwill, because your comfort truly matters to us. We always welcome guests to contact us directly during their stay so we can resolve anything as quickly as possible. We appreciate you choosing our home and wish you and your families all the best in your future travels
