Sit on the 169' shoreline on the beautiful Muskoka granite rock or 1800 square foot dock taking in the sun. Take a nap in the shade on the front deck or hammock while listening to birds & peaceful water sounds. Dock your boat in the slip (10' x 22').
This property has something for everyone and every season. Swimming, boating, fishing (Lake Muskoka), hiking, golfing, snowmobiling (trail is at the end of the road), cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. For Winter Months: C114 Snowmobile Trail at the end of the road.
Location! Location! Location!: Nestled between Bala & Port Carling, this quaint 3 Bedroom Cottage is situated on Dudley Bay, Muskoka Lake. A short drive to Hiking Trails, Brewery, Winery, Restaurants, Art Gallery. Farmers Market, Antiques, Driving Range, Golf, Grocery, Pharmacy & local shops.
Waterfront: Shallow entry at the shoreline for your little ones and deep water off the dock. Have fun on the water trampoline & lilly pad or kayak and explore the surrounding area. The cottage faces east, making for incredible sunrises and full day sun while sitting on a Muskoka chair on the dock. For your use: 2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks, Canoe and SUP (Stand-up-Paddle) Board, water trampoline, lily pad, giant toys, hammock, and swing.
Kitchen: Professional range, new appliances and well equipped. Nespresso (original) & Drip Coffee Maker, Kettle, Water Dispenser, Filtered Water Cleaning System (Ultra-Violet), Toaster, Large variety of cooking utensils.
Kitchen Consumables: Salt, Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Red, White & Balsamic Vinegar, Sugar (white/brown), Baking Powder & Soda, and Flour.
Bathroom: Rainfall, hand-held shower with 4 body jets. Newly renovated. Beach, Bath, hand & face cloths provided. Consumables: Toilet Paper and Hand & Body Soap. Shampoo and conditioner for short stays is also provided.
Bedrooms: Blankets and Pillows provided in each bedroom.

The sunrises are mesmerizing. With 169 ft of shoreline and an 1800 sq.ft dock, the cottage offers incredible outdoor views and space. The natural exposed granite rock on the south end of the shoreline provides the Muskoka feeling were are all looking for.
